Terrrible customer service and slow service
I needed new wheel bearings and it took them over a week to do so. No customer service, we had to ring them for updates daily and they used excuses continually and blamed other companies. The excuses ranged from we got the wrong part and it only fitted on one side, then next oh we couldn't do it so it has been sent it off site then the next day the car was back but it was again oh got the wrong part from both Repco & Bursons(bearing in mind it was supposedly done off site the day before) next it was due to the corona virus we are behind, ...then it was oh we are getting you a genuine ford part and they didnt deliver!!! Finally, we had vouchers we had bought previously and was told we couldnt use more than one voucher at a time!!! I think not as there is no way I would use their service again, we had used in the past and they were fine. But was terrible to see how they blamed everyone else and couldnt even have the courtesy of letting us know we had to chase them. The car runs nicely now

Pathetic service, customer dealing (Epping branch)
I went for my car inspection to Rapid tune Epping and found Pathetic customer service. My car was not washed when I reached and they were telling me a lie that the car has been washed. People, please be aware of the rapid tune Epping branch. They don't know how to deal with a customer. I paid 340 for an oil change, transmission oil, etc but did not rely on them whether they have change it or not. If they can lie on car wash they can lie on anything. Please beware of their voucher thing as well. I was trapped in that's why I went to them. Pathetic customer service they have.
I have booked online and over the phone but they just didn't care about it.
I have booked for rwc online and over the phone and when I come to the day which I should do it, I found there is no booking and I have to wait week and I don't have time I need to get the rwc as soon as possible. This is ridiculous how they come with excuses they don't care about the customer they just running their business as they told me. This is with Hallam branch.

Rapid Tune VIP Voucher is absolutely Terrible
This is not about the RapidTune service quality as didn't experienced, But its all about the voucher which is Dozzy and absolutely cheating. I am writing just to make people to be aware of this - read and then sign.
I bought a RapidTune's Loyalty VIP voucher for 3 'free' car general services and paid $179 for that. According to a list on the card, I would receive a 'Total Savings of $974' as a 'VIP' customer on 9 items. The lady sold it to me on a car park and described wrongly without telling me the actual facts. After getting the payment sh...e made me to sign the tick boxes and promised to get refund if i dont like it in future, just by calling their head office number mentioned in the card. But when I called them to make the first appointment, I realised that I will have to pay a minimum extra cost of $79 just for an oil change and possibly much more for any other defects. I believe the oil change is a very basic part of any car general service. I called RapidTune's customer service on 03 9425 9444 for an explanation/refund and they promised to call me back, They called me back and explained i have signed and ticked, so they are unable to make any refund. Be very careful with the RapidTune's terms mentioned in 'How To Use Your Certificate' on their Loyalty Certificate. At the time of buying the card, I didn't pay attention to this section which is apparently where they justify all of their hidden/extra costs and dodgy charges. This is definitely like a scam to me.

Recently had my car serviced at Airport West RapidTune and would highly recommend Ash's service to others. He took the time to explain everything to me. It was a friendly and professional garage. Easy to find, and had the convenience of being able to book a loan car.
Rapid Tune Pakenham
The guys at Pakenham were terrific. They were up front about costs and let me know about things that I would need to do in the future without making me feel that I had to spend way above my budget. I will be back and would recommend them to anyone.

How to avoid stress
I can not speak highly enough of Dave and the team at Rapid Tune Langwarrin. He went out of his way to source car part and keep me informed of progress. Thank you Dave really appreciate the help and reassurance you gave me. I recomend the team for all your car care.
The only place I will now take my car too
I have an aging European car which I love and don't want to get rid of so I need a good work shop to keep it going. After seeing the results of the work on my car by Rapid Tune, I won't go anywhere else now. Great honest service, always kept up to date, fantastic pricing, attention to detail and simply the best you can find.
No savings on "service loyalty" cards
Got my car serviced today after purchasing a voucher for 3 services for the price of one and a half. Website quotes $150 for logbook service including oil. Use the voucher however and it cost you at least $140 as oil, on top is $79, for each service. So no real saving people, unless you normally go to a dealership I guess. Not worth the money as first thought.

Awesome customer service!
This rapid tune have the friendliest staff and you can have a joke with them. I have been to them twice with my vehicle and I am so happy with the results. They really looked after me and will be going to them again. 10 thumbs up for Rapid Tune Langwarrin. You guys rock!! Ute is running like a dream.

Questions & Answers
My son took his Jeep to Rapid tune for a road worthy which they did. Before this the car never broke down> Since the road worth it has had the Alternator stuffed up then after getting that fixed it broke down again now they say it is the ECU. Is this all just a coincident or something else.
