I found it a quick and easy process and I like how clear it is how much you have to pay back with all fees and charges included in the rate.

I have researched many online loans offers before and have never been able to secure such informative and precise information about the product on offer.

What I read online, was exactly what I received, no hidden fees, policies or tricks, super fast approval processes.

I was contacted immediately when they needed to advise of an extension to loan period, as I had chosen a lesser time. I was advised I am more than welcome to pay off the loan in my initial loan period and I will not incur early payment fees.

This was the first time that I have applied for any kind of loan before and I had done extensive research on who to go with. RateSetter's application process was simple and straight forward with no jargon thrown around to confuse you. Load was approved within 24 hrs of my application and I had the money relatively quickly. Would definitely use them again for another loan.

Very easy and simple process to get funds. However 1 month into 36 month term (day after first repayment) they added 5% (8% to 13%) to the offered rate from the application. This equated to an additional $3,500 to the final repayment. I understand loan is variable however;
-there was no change in circumstances,
-such a short time between application and the change of rate, and,
- rba actually cut interest rate on the same day,
which suggests no legitimate reason for the increased rate just dishonest practices.

Will refinance to another bank as the rate is no longer competitive

Terrible customer service. Dealt through a broker but ratesetter made up new rules throughout the process. The whole loan process took much longer than previous loans. Not succinct at all. Unhelpful staff

The process was simple and easy and everyone was super helpful. This is the second time I have used ratesetter and I couldn't recomend them more. I have had absolutely no issues with them.

I was a bit hesitant to move away from one of the big banks as it is all I have known. So far this has been a far better experience than I have encountered before and I would recommend it to anyone.

I love this company. I am very busy and like most people do not like to talk to people on the phone. I usually send an email to Rate Setter (expecting the usual 3-5 business day wait time) however I am always pleasantly surprised when they respond the next day.

The set up was a little painful - I did not like the consultant I was originally dealing with however I was able to speak with a manager and discuss my concerns and was able to deal with a lovely lady who went over and beyond.

The rest of the set up was very easy and the staff are just amazing.

I applied for an $8,000 loan and was granted $5,000. This is my first year out of five I have to wait before my credit rating will be perfect after paying off my Part 9 Agreement last year. They said I didn’t meet the requirements for an $8,000 loan and this is the part where pretty much every other loan mob would have declined me credit but they gave me a chance with 5K. So now I have the funds for an epic gaming computer to advance my video editing career as well as I the chance of improving my credit rating as I am never late for bills/repayment for anything.

Communication was excellent, very happy with the rate. I was not aware of the establishment fee and Thrace was higher than on the Canstar comparison site. Still a better ate than my exisiting loan

Honestly the easiest application i have ever had. Super helpful should you need to contact them but there was really not much need as their process is so straightforward. Super fast turnaround. Very impressed.

My Ratesetter loan application was approved pretty quickly and without much fuss, with their rate beating the banks, although not by as much as I had initially been led to believe. Customer service was efficient and friendly. They only approved about 3/4 of what I'd applied for, however, which surprised me given my great credit history. I'm confident my bank would have approved the full amount; however, refinancing is available after 12 months of on-time payments, so I'm not too bothered. Giving them access to my online banking account felt wrong though, even though it's apparently pretty standard with this type of outfit. Would I use them again - yes, probably.

The service was fantastic, the application process is quick, simple and easy. I applied on saturday and it was approved by first thing Monday morning even when they aren't open weekend. Plus I was kept updated with the progress and it was almost 6% cheaper than what our everyday bank offered us. Highly recommend using RateSetter!

Tried their website out for a quick idea of what they can offer for interest rates. Didn't want to go any further then that for now. Within 2 hours since I have received 2 phone calls, 2 text messages and 2 emails trying to get me to fill out an application! With 5 of them within the first 20 minutes. Go away!
