I would like to express my full satisfaction for the excellent service I experienced during the pre-construction stage of our house in Leppington. The Rawson staff in its Camden Office are truly professional and organised. I was regularly updated of the progress of my file, properly guided on what to do, received valuable tips, especially in colour selection and always ready to show the cost of any query on variation. I am particularly grateful to Hayley who flooded my email with her updates and the documents that needed to be signed and submitted. I can feel her personal attention to this house project. I am equally thankful too to her team and to the other staff of Rawson, namely: Lisa, Alyson, Chloe, Kelly and Tracey.

My partner and I could not be more happier with the service Elya has provided us. He has been very helpful, proactive and happy to answer all our questions and checks in on us on a regular basis. Being first home buyers it can be very overwhelming but with the support and communication Elya has provided us is the reason why we are building with Rawson.

Kellie Taylor was awesome! She double checked our build plan and found out that there should be a credit back for us and immediately raised a variation to fixed it. The Pre-Construction team were very helpful and patience with us being a newbie to property market. They're kind and patience with us being a newbie to property market in terms of answering all our questions.

As a first home buyer, I couldn't ask for a smoother construction experience for our new home. My partner and I had a deadline to be into the home and Rawson delivered!! Tyrone was a great site supervisor with high attention to detail and kept us informed throughout construction. Also, a big thank you to Scott in their warranty team who was very organised and went above and beyond of us.

My wife and I have just completed our pre-construction process with Rawson Homes. This process felt very simple and easy. The staff we got to dealt with along way have been amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and always offered practical solutions to requests. Our only minor issue was our PCA was changed mid process however we got lucky as new PCA was simply awesome. Our new PCA also kept us in the loop with everything, she took the time to understand our vision and can do attitude.

Me and my wife planned to built our dream house with Rawson Homes at Emerald hills in Leppington(lot no 6083) . we had our site supervisor Shaun, who was exceptionally helpful and made our dream home comes into reality which is so beautiful and happened a lot quicker then we expect. As being a first home owner, we had a lot of queries and Shaun helped us during construction period and after the handover as well, we couldn't have asked for a better supervisor. He was always there to help at all times. We are very happy with his professionalism and workmanship.

We choose Rawson to build our first home in Sydney.
Construction is yet to start but so far we are very happy with the service.
Everything went as per the plan and the staff were very helpful at every stage of the process.

Personally we feel Rawson is a bit expensive than the other builders and we hope they justify it with quality and finesse.

Will provide more feedback upon handover of the house.

I won’t suggest Rawson homes to anyone in my life. They say something else to sign the deal and after that they never listen to clients. First of all they must educate their front end staff, who gave false promises. We are spending nearly 700,000 in construction and now feeling so frustrated . All the excitement for our new home is gone because they are taking it too long. For weeks and weeks they are not doing anything. In our case already 44 weeks passed and we don’t know when they are going to handover. They are just doing whatever they want. We spent 35,000 on staircase and they left roof access on top which I never saw in that place, it’s mainly in bedroom .

We are currently in the pre-construction phase and extremely pleased with the service offered by our sales consultant Elya. Elya is extremely accommodating with his time, personable, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Elya is always willing to go above and beyond in meeting our expectations albeit answering any type of question and/or helping out where he can (in some cases after hours).

Elya upholds and transcends the reputation of Rawson in delivering a great service which gives us confidence in their deliverable product.
