Building your dream home is wonderful experience if you are in good hands. For us, this journey has been smooth sailing from the time of our tender presentation to the construction phase. No of appointments and numerous small decisions that has to be made during the process and finding a balance to manage the cost without compromising on the quality of built is an arduous task and Representatives from Rawson homes at these different stages made it easy for us. Our special shout out goes to Melissa Tallis, our Pre-Contruction Advisor for her constant support throughout and managing few hiccups along the way. I have great experience with Rawson Homes during pre construction period. They are professional and helpful. They support us during the whole process and walk through all the issues with us. They offered reliable advice and suggestion, so we can work out all the problems with no worries. Thanks to their hard work, our house construction can start on time.

I would like to single out Fred Younes (warranty supervisor) for commendation. We experienced major water leakage through our roof and ceiling during recent heavy rainfalls. Fred reassured us in our distress and organised for repair works in a very timely manner. We can't thank him and his dedicated team enough. We are very happy with the quality of the repair works. Fred is an asset to Rawson Homes.

Cost was well within the budget and we are still in 3 months defects free period. There are some defects which is usual I guess and even after the handover, they called me to check if we have any issues.

I surely recommend Rawson if anyone is looking to build the house.

Rawson did a pretty good job in building our home but when we try to send them an email to fix some things around the house which should be under warranty they have not responded to both both my emails and it's been 2-3 weeks since my initial email. Very dissapointed in the post service of building the property.

NDR with Rawson - can be very challenging but we have been guided through every step of the way by a very supportive and experienced team. We have had our challenges in pre construction but have felt the benefit of the Rawson team at every step- Melissa has been incredible!

After waiting for over 6 months to get our DA approved from council, we are finally ready to commence construction with Rawson. We have been through all pre construction phases from quote, contract, colour and selection process and now finally off to construction. We have been really well communicated with to date and in particular by Melissa who has simply been wonderful with her patience in our million questions as well as her proactive follow up along the way.

We would like to extend our gratitude and commendation to Greg. He went the extra mile to attend to our calls (for small hiccups in our house as we just moved in on 20-Dec-2019). Even it's Christmas Day and he is not suppose to be working, he didn't hesitate to help us and even come to our aid minutes after we called him. He obliterated and make-up for the bad experience we had with our first site supervisor during the early stage of our built. For this we are truly grateful to Greg and also to Steve (our site supervisor).

Couldn’t have chosen any other builder than Rawson Homes. Chose this company due to their good reputation and glad they delivered up to our expectations. Very happy with our home! Everything was done really well and looks great. Special thanks to our site supervisor: Brad, who was very easy to deal with and always went above and beyond with every detail of the house. Really impressed with his commitment to quality and going the extra mile with resolving all our issues. Also being our first home, we were obviously a bit nervous, but Brad took the time to answer all our questions and provided really helpful advice, and also kept us well informed throughout the entire process. Rawson homes was very transparent in dealing with the quotes and final cost, no surprises and they had a very transparent process with good communication through the pre-construction process. I was kept informed about the process all the time, they have a very good and professional pre-construction team.
