We were delighted to have John as our site supervisor. He treated our home as though it were his and the care and attention to detail that he showed at every stage of the build made the entire process stress free and enjoyable for us. Thank you John for our lovely new home.

Cost was well within the budget and we are still in 3 months defects free period. There are some defects which is usual I guess and even after the handover, they called me to check if we have any issues.

I surely recommend Rawson if anyone is looking to build the house.

The Rawson construction quality is good but there is a mismatch with the initial signed contract and the drawing which we did not realize as we were thinking it should be fine (because we are not architect).

However, we should definitely thank Rawson for assigning John as a supervisor to our building - he is awesome, he took care of our building like he is building his own house, he was very clear in explaining the progress of the construction and picked up couple of defects that we wouldn't have seen and any concerns we raised he just made it and accommodated our requests.
He is very friendly and helpful pre and post construction as well.

Thank you Rawson for sending John as our site supervisor. John is very helpful and accommodating from Day 1 until post handover. John is also a quality worker ensuring that work is done properly. John explained everything for us to understand better what is happening to our construction and keeping us updated.

Rawson did a pretty good job in building our home but when we try to send them an email to fix some things around the house which should be under warranty they have not responded to both both my emails and it's been 2-3 weeks since my initial email. Very dissapointed in the post service of building the property.

Very happy with our Rawson Home. John was a pleasure to work with throughout the construction process. He accommodated all our requests and continued to be helpful after handover.

The pre-construction process could be approved with better clarity in how inclusions/exclusions are communicated. Again, happy with the construction process and the final product.

Our Pre Construction Administrator Sheridda was brilliant. She was very helpful and she did an amazing job in making all our paperwork process smooth. She answered all our queries and concerns and also went beyond her normal role for making this process easy for us. I hope our next building phase will be as easy as the Pre construction phase with Rawson homes.

It was an exciting journey from start to finish with Rawson Homes. From pre-construction approvals till Handover was a smooth sail. Go our home few days back.
Our Site Supervisor John Abboud was great thought the construction process. He has provided timely updates during all phases. His attention to details is awesome as he pointed out minor defects during our inspection which we wouldn’t have noticed. Everything was done prior to handover and really happy with the work at the finish.

John was a great ss to have, he was very thorough and made sure the build was completed perfectly. He picked up on many defects that we wouldn’t have seen, and any issues we did raise were corrected very quickly. A great guy to deal with right to the end!
