I pay for years, then you don't seem to want me to claim!!

I have paid a lot of money over a period of about 11 years, to insure my pet. I wanted to claim for the very first time ( an amount of about $160, not much!), and the process is frustrating, full of obstacles, and close to impossible to navigate. Not much help from your team, I was tempted to just give up, but persevered on principle.

Disappointing

Been with real for 11 years. Had to chase this claim three times. Very upsetting considering I had to have my little cat euthanised. Made a very sad time more difficult.

this policy is terrible value, doesn't cover for anxiety disorder which Realpet state is a behavioural problem - which it is NOT. I've been paying for 8 years and I will cancel as soon as I can - which is not until the end of my year. also can't cancel when I want to!! misleading.

Have previously heard negative reports regarding pet insurance, but we have only had a positive experience. Real Insurance have always kept informed and claims paid in full and on time

Been insured since dog was born made first claim absolute nightmare to get paid even more painful to cancel your policy . Waste of money would not recommend. Policy now cancelled

I was sending it to you by email. Now my My Vet sends it to you .it makes it easy when the vet sends it to you.would be better if the coverd animals teeth more sometimes animals has 2 or 3 teeth out

Policy is good value and was easy to set up. I have loddged a number of claims, and the majority of them were paid. Claiming is very simple and now can be done throu the vet practice. I have been with this insurance for many years.

Good value claims do not take long once received. Once received you receive a text to confirm receipt. We have had our pets insured since pet insurance first came out.

Our policy is a basic accident insurance for our ageing half-burmese cat. The policy has provided peace of mind for unexpected events since its inception, about 7 years ago. Setup was easy, and was pleased that we received interim reports after our claim was sent.

Poor coverage

Barely anything covered, and loopholes were used to minimise payout amount. Very poor service, coverage and value for the $1500-1800/yr I pay. I have an 80% coverage policy, and after paying over $2000 for an operation was reimbursed $400...less than 30% actual coverage. Definitely advise to look elsewhere.

with a sick pet it was a relief that the insurance was there to help cover the mounting bills..Once I lodged a claim I received money back within a week. I have been with Real insurance for about 10 years and I was glad I had it

I have now insured three dogs with Real and have never had problems claiming. The premium for my Twelve year old Cavalier has jumped substantially since she developed a chronic illness but I still get 80% of my costs back.

Once again this just shows how disconnected you are with your customer base . This is NOT an answer to my question . I have supplied you with the details you are asking for but it didnt help me or my Pet . I no longer have a policy with you and will NEVER again . You have allready KILLED my beloved pet .
