I bought Hybrid 2 a few months back. This box has stopped working. Raised customer care. Initially, they asked me to record videos and send them across. Then they asked me to have a Skype call to show them the issues.Then wasting my time for a few days, they asked me to send this to one of their service centers located far fro me. Its a time and money waste as they say they will take some days to fix the issues.Don't buy these boxes anymore.Why would I spend my money and time to take this to their service center?Also, why don't they send someone or just the replacement device if the box is under a valid warranty?
Bad, Very bad product and stupid service team

Heard a lot about this product, so went out and bought it. But it seems like I made a big mistake in buying this product. It just waste of time and money. If you are buying this product to watch Indian TV shows then don't bother in investing in this product you would be only wasting you time and money.

I have used Hybrid 2 for 6 months now really disappointed with the service. All channels are buffering (while getting 40-80 Mbps) and we usually have to Press Blue button and REFRESH ALL CHANNELS just for a continuous 5 minute watch. RECOMMEND to get a fetch box and pay $15/ month for Hindi Channels. Not 4K but atleast works perfect with recording option.

Feels like should through this stupid box. Real TV is the worst company ever who should stop their service. Channels don’t work most of the times. No proper support from their support staff. In last 3 months I have called like 50 times to report the issues but never get fixed. The biggest mistake of my life to spend $380 of this stupidest box.

The power went off within a few days and support staff accepted they are having many issues with power adapter. They sent a replacement and even that doesn't work. Now, I have to go through all this drama and waste of my time in calling them multiple times, sending emails and sending the box back to them at MY OWN COST. So bloody ridiculous. Why should I spend even 1 cent when I already paid for the product $430 hard earned money. And Call centre staff is untrained the way they talk.

We bought real tv hybrid 2 in June 2022 for $425. Since then we always had issues with watching the programmes. Sometimes we cant watch any programmes,screen would be pitch black. Since day 1 we havent able to rewind and watch any old videos within the 7 day period. Pure waste of money.

Always buffers and remote is so outdated ..picture quality is poor and screen gets stuck regularly.90 percent of channels.are useles.they better concentrate on quality than quantity..

The worst IPTV I have ever used. The box is not user friendly at all. I have changed my internet connection as they said it was because of internet that the programs are buffering. Then I have changed the internet to really high speed (20 times faster), now they have found another excuse! Still dobbing internet provider even though they couldn't explain the actual problem. They don't pick up phone and if they do you have to wait for ages. They reply comperatively quicker in FB messenger, but not really helpful. in one word, it's "rubbish". Total waste of money.

We wasted our hard -earned money buying this piece of junk . In just 1month it froze and we could not watch anymore programs . Please, we all work hard to earn so do not waste your money here, just watch ABC or Netflix.

The company's rep Simar told us we will get 18 months subscription if we paid a little more. We did but it has been one year and the extra 6 months still not added.

Real tv is the best for indian channels in the market but it needs improvement in adding requested channels by customers, VOD and kids movies.

I am using real tv since last 5-6 years after jadoo, yup, boom..

Totall wasted $400. Just like throw in the bin. Need to stad next to the box with remote, if we press 10 times if you are lucky it will works, No Refund policy. Talk to customer service and send back for service, they send back as it is. No time to fight with them. now i brought Yupp tv in apple tv box. Real tv just the money in to the bin. Please Please dont wast your money. They claim 2000 channels, what is the Use. Real tv 2nd gen, 4k, what is the use, nothing will work. catchup -Dont talk about that. They just want money, dont care about Customers.

Most of the channels that say that they come in Hindi and English actually come only in English, even when we turn on the Hindi channel. Never got any response even after called and email multiple times.

There is no option to sort out movies

I had MAXX Tv before and that was way better than this ( cheaper too)

Now I am trapped for 2 years .. if anyone knows a way for me to come out then please share

Wastage of money. The box doesnt work propery, it hangs alot. Merely wastage, needs a replacement but customer service is not a great help, so will never recommend this product.

pls. dont waste your money; the channels are always streaming. the previous real TV was good. the quality of channnels are not good and its always on and off hence no value.

Problem with box, done troubleshooting 3 times, same outcome needs replacement called the 4 time sill the guys want to do same, they don’t want to fix problem, not happy with service

It is functional - for those with tremendous patience. The software is absolutely good and always lags. It takes up a lot of internets, causing every other device connected to have a slow connection. On the upside, it does provide the multiple channels it's supposed to with sufficient quality.

Don’t waste ur money on that ... whenever I tried to ring them they never answer their phone or it always says user busy .... so disappointed ...our real tv is not working from last 2 weeks kept ringing if luckily someone answers ... they always says we did send the email to the magement team
