Terrible service. Huge delivery delays. No response to emails or phone calls
I ordered three things. One turned up damaged and the other two items never arrived. Rebel do not pick up the phone and never reply to emails. I am filling a complaint with fair trading.
I bought 3 different products online, 3 separate deliveries as they were coming from different warehouses and that is fine. however one of the items had to be delivered 3 times (even though it is a third party but still part of the experience).
When i finally received the item i was waiting on... it was missing a main part so i could not even use it!!!! customer service apparently is closed no store can help me cause i bought it online so i am stuck with a $180 worth of a product that i cannot use
Never shopping at Rebel Sport again, astonishingly poor experience
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have spent over a $1000 on equipment and shipping costs, it's incredibly disappointing that the level of service and communication would be this poor.
I placed an order on 25/3/20 which had an estimated delivery date of 29/3/20 - 2/4/20. It is now 14/4/20 and I have not received my order and nobody seems to be able to tell me when it will arrive! When I placed the order on the Rebel Sport website, there was no indication of order delays at all, which is the reason I chose Rebel Sport in the first place (I...notice there is one now, which make me wonder just how bad the delays are now). I have sent multiple emails to Rebel about this and no one has replied. My order has sat at the depot of the profoundly incompetent courier since 3/4/20 (11 days!!) and nobody from their company can tell me when it will arrive either. I have been promised call-backs but haven't received one. I have sent multiple emails and wasted many hours calling their contact centre, still no idea when my order will arrive. I have ordered gym equipment from a few other suppliers (Lifespan Fitness, Big W and Verve Fitness) who have all provided me with my orders with minimal delay, significantly better communication and great customer service. Rebel Sport, please add me to the rapidly growing list of people who will never shop at your store again.
First problem arose when I tried to add another item to an order with Rebel after an initial purchase. I was told they couldn’t do that, I’d have to cancel the order, get refunded and order again as the company cannot take credit card details over the phone. What nonsense.
All that said, I’m actually quite glad that I couldn’t get that extra $400 order in because the dispatch has taken almost three weeks longer than it was offered when I paid $150 to have it delivered. Again, what nonsense. Apparently the item has been sitting in a warehouse a...
Poor customer service!
I ordered 3 items & received 1. I called Rebel & was told the items could be sent to any state before it gets to the customer. I was told one item was in QLD &on its way but she couldn't find my last item or could be out of stock. She finally said she found it in Melbourne but didn't know when I would receive it. I now can't get anyone to answer my phone calls & they won't respond to my emails. i wouldn't advise ordering anything from Rebel.
Terrible experience! Never again!
After 2 weeks of waiting, wasting hours and hours with their customer care center and even being promised by their team leader, I received an email saying "Due to an unprecedented demand for the product we have been unable to fulfill the items in your recent online order and refunded your account". Really?? Where is your professionalism? Why did you accept my order if you didn't have the stock in the first place?! Why did you promise my item will be sent but there might be some delays then cancelled my order?? This was my first and last time dealing with Rebel Sport and never again!!!!!
I ordered a pair of sports shoes online. They were available at the Coomera store. I mistakenly chose click and collect instead of delivery. So I phoned the store and explained the problem. The man I spoke to - I wish I could remember his name because he was so helpful - said not to worry. He would send them to me on the Sunshine Coast. I had the shoes within 24 hours. Best service I have had in a long while. Thank you Rebel Sports. Well done.

Slowest dispatch ever!!
Absolute nightmare, slowest dispatch while charging a lot for delivery.! Don’t buy if you want something in the next month cause you won’t get It!! No one answers the phone! Horrible company, never buying anything again from Rebel!!

They have accepted my order online but they didnt have the product. My order is in process for the pass 15 days and they dont want to give my money back..
Slow and unreliable
Now there is a slight disruption we see just how good they are at running a business. Rebel have no idea what stock they have or where it is. I am waiting almost 3 weeks for a delivery (even with a ridiculous delivery fee, since you can't just send it to a store and even prior to covid stores hold little stock). There is never any response from online enquires, and when you get through to someone on the phone they have no idea about stock levels or delivery time frames. Still waiting - will they just email me in a few weeks and tell me it is out of stock?
Don't make an excuse out of covid to cover your poor logistics.
Dispatch takes too long and items come in several packages. Not really ideal from a customer perspective. This should be advised during check out time that there is an unexpected high volume of online orders hence a delay in dispatch and delivery as well as multiple deliveries.
Delivery timeframe so bad
Item was not delivered on time despite being charged a ridiculous shipping fee. No adequate communications from the team and they don't pick the phone up. Never again will i shop at rebels

Paid a deposit on a Cadence u2.9 exercise bike on Saturday 28 March 2020 and was assured it would arrive in store no later than 31 March 2020.
Spoke to Store Manager this morning and asked for a delivery time. He mad a phone call then said it should arrive in a week or so.
I asked for an alternative product for the same price. he offered me floor stock for an additional $200.
I asked him to match the price of the item i had ordered. No way he replied.
"you can have a refund or wait for the product you purchased".
Disgusting service from an Australian Company.
Terrasphere Dart board and cabinet set
I purchased this for the cabinet and not the dartboard, as I plan to purchase a higher quality winmao dart board. Out of curiosity I tried playing with the provided board and darts, lol, they are really bad. The Board does not heal at all when removing the darts, and it already had holes in it before i took off the plastic wrapping. Do not purchase if you expect a quality board, however the cabinet is good.
Garmin fenix 6 sapphire
Ordered online 14th feb for birthday present required 22nd feb. An empty box was sent with watch manual and nothing else. No help from online team emailed no answer eventually rang and was directed to local store for them to sort out even though i told lady the store don't stock the item. I finally end up having another sent in unsealed box (although intact) but delivery to late. Again contacted online care team to return for refund but no answer. The watch was 1200 dollars and is no use to me whatsoever and now nothing from customer care. By far the worst service i have encountered.
Each time i come to this shop the assistants are nice and helpful .The service that provided in the stores is excellent and cashier guys make my day.The quality of sportswear and shoes i have bought so far always met my desires.
Paid for New Shoes was Delivered Worn Shoes
Purchased a pair of Jordans from Rebel on-line. Paid for new shoes and received shoes that had been worn. How could i tell... There was dirt all through the tread of the shoes. I rang and spoke to their customer service and their response, "Oh, that's no good is it".
Great customer service
Headed in to Rebel in Joondalup. Looking for a mouth guard and staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to chat about footy in general and made an effort to understand exactly what we needed. This is how customer service should be at every store!
Appalling customer service
I attended a rebel sports store Melton West Melbourne to purchase some shoes. I stood for at least 5 minutes with a $259.00 f shoes In my hand not one customer service assistance stopped to speak with me. No one helped me.

Hey, I bought a Fitbit Charge 3 somewhere late February (I got the price dropped because it was more than it was at Officeworks [$248-$198])and used it for 1 month and 20 days but due to faulty ness I returned it and got a Garmin Vivofit 4 and got $39 back. It’s been 10 months now and it has been faulty for about 2 weeks. When I sync it normally, I would get the weather for the next 5 days before I have to sync it again but suddenly it became only for 3 days and now 2. The suddenly after 5 days I synced it and the weather wasn’t coming up. I synced it for 4 times again but it didn’t work and then it worked after a while when I did it for the fifth time and then it happend again and I restarted GarminConnect and restarted phone and it didn’t work. And every Time I synced it the Bluetooth would disconnect and I went to settings and it still wasn’t connected so I disconnected it and connected it. It worked but it’s still cutting the Bluetooth connectivity and I can’t stand this faulty ness. Can I return it back, I got it in Canberra, Rebel Sport Tuggeranong I have my receipt and it has 1 year warranty, ThankYou so much if you could help me and reply!

My husband was buying shirts from rebel sport online. When it came to payment he put in his two gift cards ($100 worth) and tried to pay the remaining $18 with his credit card. The credit card wouldn’t work ( even though there was plenty of money in the account) so he pressed the PayPal option. But PayPal took the entire $118 out our account and not the gift cards and now the gift cards say no balance! He didn’t even get to use them! What do we do now?
