Online service is appalling
Whatever you do don’t purchase items online. Placed an order on 8 April. It wasn’t packed until 13 April and I still haven’t received it. Even with delays at the moment, this is unbelievably bad service. Response to emails is dreadful. Shop somewhere else.

Items not delivered
I ordered a bar and weights on the 27th of March. As of today - the 25th of April - I have not received them and there is no email that they have been dispatched. When I ordered them, there was NO indication on the website that there will be any type of delay in the delivery of the items. Failing the customer service test
I understand the current situation and all, obviously there has been a spike in online shopping so demand and volume of inquires is high. And its also being compounded by pressures on freight etc. But Rebel seem to be worse by a fair margin than any other company i have dealt with the last 5 weeks at managing this, and are happily hiding behind it as an excuse for poor system performance rather than trying to improve. debited from my credit card instantly so this part of their system is functioning with the high level of demand fine. Contact via email made on the 30/03 and 03/04 with generic response received 5 days later basically saying 'we are busy, we cant help, just wait and we may or may not contact you'. I got an automatically generated email saying the order was being packaged and ready for collection on the 5th April which gave me hope, but as of 23rd of April it still hasn't been collected. Email on the 16/04 has gone unanswered, gave up after 2hrs on hold earlier last week, AusPost/Shippit are hand balling me back to Rebel. Finally spoke to customer service today, and was told that they may not have the stock, and I need to call back in 72 working hours (so another week with weekend/public holidays) to see if they have a resolution. So after over a month of waiting, emails and calls, I face another lengthy period on hold and there remains the strong possibility that i wont receive the order. Its so far from unacceptable, even given the circumstances, its not funny. If you take my case and the potentially thousands of others like it, who have paid substantial amounts to a company well in advance who then hold that money for 5-6 weeks before issuing refunds, its a nice little boost to working capital for that period and cheap interest free loan. 1 month without the products and refund
I bought 3 gym products in Rebel online on 27/03/20. After 3 weeks they told me that they didnt have the products and I was going to receive the refund. However from the total refund amount of $219.96, that I was supposed to received, I only received 160. Ive send emails, tried to call, but they keep ignoring me.

Appalling service, took my money and goods not supplied. Avoid like the plaque.
After multiple phone calls and emails trying to get to the bottom of a purchase of an item for my partner's birthday I have had ZERO response from Rebel. It's been two weeks now and time's up or my partner doesn't get a present!! I've requested a refund as I now need to go and buy something else, which is really inconvenient given the item was not cheap. No email, no phone call back, nothing.

Terrible service with no response from emails or phone calls.
After multiple phone calls and emails trying to get to the bottom of a purchase ( items for my daughters birthday )that still hasn’t arrived ( 4 weeks now) im still waiting on a response from rebel.? Take order, take money, but don't deliver.
Placed order on the 26th March, for items in stock and an expected delivery time of 5-7 days. I received an order confirmation and then tracking numbers for all items, but after 3 weeks nothing has left their warehouse. Customer service via phone, email and Facebook is zero.
Appears to be an online scam rather than a trustworthy Australian business.
Do not purchase anything online with rebel sport!!

Slow delivery
Received my products in good shape and the overall ordering process was fine, albeit there was not much variety of home gym equipment left online. There was also a delay on my order that well exceeded the estimated delivery date so giving a 3 star rating.

Ordered online goods on the 30th of March. Package has been sitting, according to the website links, on the loading bay since the 2nd of April.
Its now the 18th of April!!!!!
I have phoned, emailed Rebel, Shippit and Toll 10 times, no answer no response no update.

The order arrived on Monday the 20th, but it was the wrong goods, and the Toll driver basically just walked away when I stated the goods delivered were wrong.. I have spent 4 hours on your customer service line trying to get through. Today I finally got through to someone who just decided to refund my full amount. There was no reference number, no email conformation, nothing, just her word. And no discussion in regards to Rebel picking up the incorrectly delivered goods. I am very skeptical given it will take me another 2-3 hours to get through to customer service again if my refund does not appear. I would still prefer to receive the ordered goods, however Lauren from your Customer Service stated there was 0 left in stock, hence Rebel is just to give me a full refund. 2 weeks ago i tried to make an order on your website using 2 gift cards ( 50$ each)+ 33$ from my credit card.
Although The payment went wrong, you've charged both the money on the gift cards and the money from my credit cards. I've been sending you several emails and calling you... No response.

NIGHTMARE
I bought 3 different products online, 3 separate deliveries as they were coming from different warehouses and that is fine. however one of the items had to be delivered 3 times (even though it is a third party but still part of the experience).
When i finally received the item i was waiting on... it was missing a main part so i could not even use it!!!! customer service apparently is closed no store can help me cause i bought it online so i am stuck with a $180 worth of a product that i cannot use

Never shopping at Rebel Sport again, astonishingly poor experience
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have spent over a $1000 on equipment and shipping costs, it's incredibly disappointing that the level of service and communication would be this poor.

I have ordered gym equipment from a few other suppliers (Lifespan Fitness, Big W and Verve Fitness) who have all provided me with my orders with minimal delay, significantly better communication and great customer service. Shocking delivery
First problem arose when I tried to add another item to an order with Rebel after an initial purchase. I was told they couldn’t do that, I’d have to cancel the order, get refunded and order again as the company cannot take credit card details over the phone. What nonsense.

Poor customer service!
I ordered 3 items & received 1. I called Rebel & was told the items could be sent to any state before it gets to the customer. I was told one item was in QLD &on its way but she couldn't find my last item or could be out of stock. She finally said she found it in Melbourne but didn't know when I would receive it. I now can't get anyone to answer my phone calls & they won't respond to my emails. i wouldn't advise ordering anything from Rebel.

Terrible experience! Never again!
After 2 weeks of waiting, wasting hours and hours with their customer care center and even being promised by their team leader, I received an email saying "Due to an unprecedented demand for the product we have been unable to fulfill the items in your recent online order and refunded your account". Really?? Where is your professionalism? Why did you accept my order if you didn't have the stock in the first place?! Why did you promise my item will be sent but there might be some delays then cancelled my order?? This was my first and last time dealing with Rebel Sport and never again!!!!!

e the same day I made the purchase I rang your centre as my card was charged 5x times and spoke to a team leader at your support centre and was told I will definitely get my item but I should give it +5 working days on top of the estimated delivery stated on your website. I was called by the same team leader the following day and was promised to be given $40 credit for the trouble and he said he will make sure my item to be sent ASAP. After 2 weeks of waiting, literally hours spent on the phone now I’m being told I’m not even getting my item and a simple SORRY will fix everything isn’t it????? I could have bought the same item elsewhere and now it’s also sold out everywhere else!!
