Hi. I purchased 2 pairs of Asics Gel kayano for my husband 7mths ago. 1 of the pairs he wears more frequently has a hole in them.
Is there any kind of warranty on these shoes?
I have my receipt via afterpay.

Hey, I bought a Fitbit Charge 3 somewhere late February (I got the price dropped because it was more than it was at Officeworks [$248-$198])and used it for 1 month and 20 days but due to faulty ness I returned it and got a Garmin Vivofit 4 and got $39 back. It’s been 10 months now and it has been faulty for about 2 weeks. When I sync it normally, I would get the weather for the next 5 days before I have to sync it again but suddenly it became only for 3 days and now 2. The suddenly after 5 days I synced it and the weather wasn’t coming up. I synced it for 4 times again but it didn’t work and then it worked after a while when I did it for the fifth time and then it happend again and I restarted GarminConnect and restarted phone and it didn’t work. And every Time I synced it the Bluetooth would disconnect and I went to settings and it still wasn’t connected so I disconnected it and connected it. It worked but it’s still cutting the Bluetooth connectivity and I can’t stand this faulty ness. Can I return it back, I got it in Canberra, Rebel Sport Tuggeranong I have my receipt and it has 1 year warranty, ThankYou so much if you could help me and reply!

My husband was buying shirts from rebel sport online. When it came to payment he put in his two gift cards ($100 worth) and tried to pay the remaining $18 with his credit card. The credit card wouldn’t work ( even though there was plenty of money in the account) so he pressed the PayPal option. But PayPal took the entire $118 out our account and not the gift cards and now the gift cards say no balance! He didn’t even get to use them! What do we do now?

Hi there. I recieved some Under Armour runners for Christmas 2022. I have worn these for the last 3 weeks or so and they have caused considerable discomfort (plantar faciitis). We have evidence of purchase however I have worn them intermittently for the last 3 weeks. Hello, I purchased a pair of ASICS gt2000 on 9/1/20 from Highpoint, they seemed fine when I tried the one shoe on but when I took them home and put on the other shoe I found that it was tight across the toes. I put on thin sox and did some walking on the treadmill and when I took off the shoes my feet were red. I think I may need a half size larger. Is it possible to exchange for a larger size? I purchased some Nike slides in Feb 2018. I have the original receipt. They have been in the box unworn & unused (b/c they were too big for my son). I gave them to him for Xmas, but inside the box I have 2 left foot slides and one in a size 7 & one in a size 8, so they are unfit for purpose. The return policy seems to say there is no time limit for faulty items, is this correct?

Hi, on Friday 30th ( Black Friday ) I went into 2 different stores searching for softball/ baseball items for my son. Nothing was on sale, I purchased what he needed and spent over $200, to then 3 days later receive a email for 20% store wide sale online on fully priced items. I could of save a large sum of money. Feeling extremely ripped off. You would think someone in store would be kind enough to suggest to wait a couple of days as a sale was happening. Do you have a procedure for customers if this happens ?

This has happened to me as well with other retailers and I understand that feeling of being ripped off. Retail staff often say they are not told about upcoming deals but I find this hard to believe at times.
If you're familiar with the staff and a regular customer at your nearest store, tell them what you have said in your post and see what options they have for you, if any.
You wont know till you try and I really dont buy into the whole Black Friday deals, smoke and mirrors in my opinion.

Hi. I purchased a pair of ASICS 800XTR shoes on September 23 via Rebel Online for 195 dollars. I have worn them twice to and from work. I find they are too soft in the heel and are causing knee pain. I want to return them for a credit and get the ASICS 195TR which are 75 dollars cheaper. Is this possible if the shoes have been worn? I have the box and tags etc. If so do I take them to Rebel Sports Adelaide store for assessment to see if they are returnable?

I just checked your website and the same shoe is listed for $80 after discount and offer ends 05/05/19 . I am so disappointed and feel so cheated! How can I get my money back?

Thanks for a prompt response Simran. I spoke to Bianca at the store and she was absolutely wonderful. There were no dramas in processing the refund for the extra I ended up paying. Wonderful customer service.
The refund doesn’t reflect on my account yet but I guess that would take a few days.
