This is my go to store for new sneakers.
My old sneakers had a lot of wear, in fact they were disintegrating, yet very comfortable, and I didn't have to worry if they got a bit dirty. I knew they wouldn't last forever so once I got paid it was off on a quest to find a new pair I liked at a price I liked. New sneakers are generally $100 plus, however there's usually old stock or discontinued lines that are on sale if you look. By signing up to be a Rebel VIP Member I got a new pair of Nike's for $79. The other consideration is comfort. I spend $30 on cheap shoes from Aussie Disposals. Those are not comfortable. Lesson learnt - don't pay to much, but also don't pay too little.

Staff see you and scatter!
I visited the Eastgardens Westfield Pagewood Rebel Sport store 1 month ago.
One thing I noticed was the shortage of floor-staff. I understand that they're trying to maximise their profits.....so I get it.
However, when I finally caught someone's eye, they scattered and went in the opposite direction, trying to avoid me.
Took me at least 15 minutes to hunt down assistance from a staff-member on the floor!

Received damaged product in the mail
Ordered women Adidas sneakers online and when received both shoes had the pull on tags at the back on the heel cut off. Phoned support line straight away and they would not resend a pair to me directly or to the local shop for me to go and swoop over. They said they would have to be sent back first or returned, even thou the mistake was made by them. Will not shop with these guys again, absolute joke!

g out a new pair, their was no codes for her to scan on box as they had been covered over with white stickers which clearly indicates they should not have been sold. Poor Customer Service
I was at the Bondi store on Saturday, staff look board and don’t want to help. I’m use to shopping at my local Eastgardens where they always greet you.
I decided on purchasing a gym towel. The sign advertising $19.95 for members.
I lined up to pay, the lady looked up my membership. I am a member. When she rang it up as $29.95, I queried the price The guy beside her jumped in to tell me it was told only if I purchase 2. Damaged stock sent using online store.
I made an online order recently that included a 3 pack of under armour boxerjocks size L with 6inch seam. The delivery was sourced from their airport west store who have selected a damaged box that must have been missing a set of boxerjocks and they simply stuffed a replacement pair of boxerjocks into the top of the box which are the wrong size (XL) and type (3in seam). Undergarments come in a sealed packet to prevent tampering and preserve hygiene, however it appears that rebel staff at that store decided to offload damaged goods to an online customer presumably because undergarments cant be returned.
Pretty average performance from rebel.
Use caution if you are considering an online order for similar undergarments.

Don't buy from them online!
I purchased bluetooth bathroom scales online as there were none available at any stores in my area and it would have cost $25 for delivery. I selected click and collect from a store listed as having them in stock and my son was going to pick them up as he works in the area. The next day I received a phonecall to say they didn't have them in stock at that store after all. They would get them from another store and post them to me. acted me several days later to tell me that, although they were all sealed up in plastic as if they were new, they are actually second hand. The batteries were already inserted and flat, there were marks on the bottom of the scales, and the scales and app contained someone else's data. Obviously, this means they were used and returned for some reason, packed up to look new and re-sold. I don't know if they were returned because they were faulty or for some other reason and I would NEVER give a second hand, used gift to anyone. I can't get them replaced with a new set of scales because the closest store with stock, I've been told, is Maitland and I live in South West Sydney. I can get my money back, but this is unsatis factory as I wanted the scales! I'm extremely annoyed about all of this. It's completely dishonest selling something as new when it isn't new. Looking to purchase a UE Boom 3 speaker. 15 minutes prior to arriving at Chadstone, the rebel website confirmed that the chadstone store had them in stock. When I arrived at the store, one of the sale assistants confirmed that it was in stock. When I asked to bring one out, he was gone 15 minutes, only to return to advice us that they are out of stock. When I asked which other store had them in stock, he advised that there were some at the Southland store. When I acquired as to their opening ours, he replied that he didn’t know and didn’t bother to check. In a nutshell, wasted an hour and received poor customer service

Excellent service
I shopped at the 197 Pitt Street Store at the Mid City Centre and was served by Benjamin who showed me what I needed to get and why. I had some muscle movement problems and as he used to be a personal trainer, he demonstrated to me how to use the gear he was selling me, including a few exercises and techniques, specifically for my issue. Really helpful, friendly and goes that one step further to meet customer needs.

Not good Quality Hoodies
I find that the quality of all the hoodies I have purchased are poorly made with cheap material and no actual warmth.
I have a nike Celtics Hoodie that all the stitching has come undone around the hood and the front pouch pocket, a rebok one with the pouch stitching coming undone, where as I have a Adidas hoodie given to me as a gift in 2001 and its in better shape than the poorly made, cheap material that rebel sport is using now.
For $90 I would expect quality, $30 to $40 is what I feel they are worth.

Im aware of that, but you sell them on behalf of them, perhaps you should reach out to them and let them know that the products your selling are of poor quality and falling apart after only a couple of times being worn.

Only issue was the waiting time for service.
I bought a Snapback Golf cap after the cap I wanted sold out. It took the lady 15 minutes though to find that out. Add the 10 minutes waiting time

Bad service
So I went to Rebel today and bought some clothing. After I paid, they gave me my shopping without a bag. I told them if I can purchase a 15 cents bag, but NO, so I have to walk around with the clothes from Rebel. Make me look like a stole it from the shop. Never again to shop at Rebel!!!

I called up their Oxenford store the other day to ask the measurements of a home gym they had, they were happy to help and told me they had plenty of stock in store. So I drove down there and asked to purchase one. The sales assistant was standing around looking at socks when I approached him for help. He told me he was busy finding socks for a customer and would help me when he's free so I walked away to wait and he just stood there looking at a pair of socks in his hand for a couple minutes before putting it down and offering me assistance. He said I could have the floor stock but I would have to wait a few days for them to get someone out to service it and clean it before I could pick it up. He didn't offer to see if any other stores had it either. You also had 2 elderly female staff who were too busy chatting to their friends than help the other customers walking around the store. I had a problem with equipment that was recently purchased and installed. On phoning the store I spoke to John (store manager) he suggested I speak to Lisa, who he said would be able to help. He was right, what a wonderful sales lady. She listened to my query and jumped through hoops to help and provide me with the best solution as soon as possible.

Hey, I bought a Fitbit Charge 3 somewhere late February (I got the price dropped because it was more than it was at Officeworks [$248-$198])and used it for 1 month and 20 days but due to faulty ness I returned it and got a Garmin Vivofit 4 and got $39 back. It’s been 10 months now and it has been faulty for about 2 weeks. When I sync it normally, I would get the weather for the next 5 days before I have to sync it again but suddenly it became only for 3 days and now 2. The suddenly after 5 days I synced it and the weather wasn’t coming up. I synced it for 4 times again but it didn’t work and then it worked after a while when I did it for the fifth time and then it happend again and I restarted GarminConnect and restarted phone and it didn’t work. And every Time I synced it the Bluetooth would disconnect and I went to settings and it still wasn’t connected so I disconnected it and connected it. It worked but it’s still cutting the Bluetooth connectivity and I can’t stand this faulty ness. Can I return it back, I got it in Canberra, Rebel Sport Tuggeranong I have my receipt and it has 1 year warranty, ThankYou so much if you could help me and reply!

My husband was buying shirts from rebel sport online. When it came to payment he put in his two gift cards ($100 worth) and tried to pay the remaining $18 with his credit card. The credit card wouldn’t work ( even though there was plenty of money in the account) so he pressed the PayPal option. But PayPal took the entire $118 out our account and not the gift cards and now the gift cards say no balance! He didn’t even get to use them! What do we do now?
