Passed the test through another agent but not with Redbook service Southport. The guy look sleepy, unexperienced and not happy to be in that position. Ever again! $60 wasted. Paid $20 more to another place and got my COI. Not with these guys EVER AGAIN.

I have to say that the RedBook team were very accommodating and that even though my appointment was for next week they were able to fit me in at a last minutes notice and this helped me greatly because the whole purpose of my taking the second job was to help a very sick family member financially

Very satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend to anyone who is not that confident in buying cars or who is buying their first car. These guys are qualified and thus can spot issues you may miss. They are very thorough with the inspection and the report they send you on the car is very detailed and informative. What Im most impressed with is the fact inspectors take the time to ring the customer, incase the customer has any follow up questions regarding the report or the car in general.
