Genuine site but not many women
I was a Premium member for about 6 months and contacted a number of women. To be clear, in all cases I was polite, courteous and non-sleazy. Of the twenty or so women I contacted about 80% of the messages were never even read and I had just three responses - one was a polite no, one ghosted me after asking for photos (not even a polite no) and the third sent a short but abusive response, which I actually reported. d I kept getting winks from people who were in other States or a long distance away, and I actually swapped messages with one of them. Contacting someone in another State made no sense, until I read that a lot of the time after establishing a rapport they ask for money to come visit you - so a scam. I regularly got winks from women whose profiles were removed by the site managers before I even saw them, so more scams. There were also a lot of fake profiles with photos obviously lifted off the internet which the site management should’ve been picking up and removed - the giveaway was that if the photo looked professional it was probably a fake profile. But I never saw any evidence that it was the site who was responsible for the fake profiles and they always removed the ones I reported. The biggest issue with this site from a heterosexual male’s perspective is that the online male:female ratio is typically about 7:1. Some new female members reported getting inundated with approaches, which with the 7:1 ratio is understandable. So, the odds for most men are not great. There are people for who this site appears to work - it is predominantly for couples swinging - but for most single men it won’t work, unless you’re a male model, in which case you don’t need this site.

No regard for customers
Have a paid membership but had access restricted with no warning or valid reason given but won’t refund my subscription. Tried to reach a mutually acceptable outcome but they just don’t care.
They have been caught out by ACCC for fake profiles before which speaks volumes for their business ethics.
I have made much better connections through Tinder and the like for free so would not recommend wasting your hard earned cash here.

I got charge and still useless only sent 20 messages what a joke it’s fraud and guys please be care tinder or other site are much better than this where you pay and have full access to site not like this one

Absolutely terrible customer service...
Joined site and verified our profile...all was working great then could not log in..so I sent 4 emails through there custmer service and site issue page...not one response through a service that is on their page to help the customer..not good enough being that I provided my contact details so they had no excuse as to not contact me...terrible

Deceitful, fake and ileagal ? Make up your own mind.
Rhp is using fake female profiles and stolen photos to lure subscribers. Even using kik as a tool. How do I know this? Because they did it to me. Can I prove it? Results are pending a police investigation and internal review from kik alleging rhp has vialated their legal terms and conditions. Details cannot be released until the investigation has been completed how ever I am writing this review as a warning to the #1 cash cow for this app. The single males. You will be baited by flirts, then ghosted. Even through kik the deception will continue. Don’t believe me. Ask to use contact by text or photo proof ( hold 3 fingers up in a photo) and communitaion stops.

Therefore, we do suggest that users limit contact with other users who are photo or phone verified, members who have peer validations, a reasonable number of friends listed, or have an activity stream that suggests they have genuine intentions on RHP. we signed up for a one month subscription! They are very sneaky and don't advise you its an ongoing subscription an took the following month with out me agreeing! apple wont refund the money!

Don’t waste your time!
Worst, unsuccessful site ever with very low calibre guys who don’t bother to read profiles, never come across more unintelligent men, and a very useless biased admin team which are one-sided. And i mean admin are useless!

Don't get platnum diamond
Got diamond membership when you read everything about it, at the time they advertised if you don't have any hook ups you get your money back ... well wish I screen shot the details, because no hook ups and when I questioned red hot pie I was told because I lived regionally it didn't count, this site is obviously still faking it, got scammed back in 2010 and got scammed in 2015 with diamond.

I found most of the profiles on RHP to be real
but the bulling in the forums is completely unacceptable in this day and age. RHP state even though they monitor the forums, they control it with favoritism (those they like can get away with bullying comments) and delete any comments of which they are criticised. There is a long term female poster there who bullies all that join in the forums. There has been many complaints about her erratic and highly inflammatory posts but RHP do not nothing about her. Made a fake profile using my fb info
This site is a fraud! I was shown by a friend that they had stolen my information from my Facebook profile and created a fake profile for their website to entice users. They had the federal court order them to stop this in 2010. Remove my information off your site or I’ll take legal action!!!

Depends on how you signed up. I had signed up through Apple apps so had to cancel through Apple. Be careful though as I have seen several old profiles I cancelled still showing on searches.
