Dean was fantastic in helping me design and start building my first home! He always went above and beyond to ensure my needs and wants were met, I came in under budget, and things got done on time. My husband and I have just signed up with Red Ink and awaiting our slab to go down. So far, Red Ink, and especially Dean and Sharon from the South West office have gone above and beyond to secure our new build in Bridgetown. Customer service from Dean was excellent, he met us twice in Bridgetown to seek out the best block for our forever home. When it came to pre-start, Sharon was so knowledgable, patient and professional, selecting our choices was a breeze. We can't wait for the house to be built.

We live in France now and it would have been really tricky to compile the plans and certificates requested by the buyer without Candice's timely efficient help. She is the best! Bravo RedInk! The workmanship is excellent.
The management was brilliant and the planning was dealt with in a professional manner. It took us several attempts with our plans to get it right as this was an individual design but they were happy to keep changing things with no pressure.
Regular emails on the progress and what was to be expected. Time frames etc.
The whole team are brilliant from the planning to the handover.

As a first home buyer I had no idea what I was doing, but Matt, Darren, Sharon and Candice made it a wonderful and smooth experience. They were so helpful and friendly. I am extremely happy with the quality of my build and the service I received. The build was smooth, any minor issues were sorted by Darren immediately (I cannot praise Darren enough, he is excellent at his job). Would absolutely build with Red Ink again.

Everything was well planned out and execution was completed with very little fuss. Any questions, queries or doubts were handled professionally and efficiently. From start to finish, we have enjoyed building with Redink homes. They helped with finding land and finding the perfect design that fitted our needs. All communication was friendly and efficient.

Upon inspecting the house, near completion, we were surprised at the quality of the build. That in combination with the support from Redink has made the process effortless. Would definitely recommend Redink to people wanting to build a home.

The workmanship was good overall, with a couple of exceptions, eg the electricians and the cornice fixers who were not of a very good standard.
The project was very well managed, given that we were actually on site every day and were able to monitor it before any problems arose.
Customer service and support was really good, we requested a few variations at different times and these were dealt with very efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble.

The build was excellent, whatever wasn't quite good enough was rectified before we even picked it ourselves. Was done in record timing too, think 16 weeks construction time. Our site supervisor was excellent! Customer service was okay, we did have a couple of issues with the office team. Major issue was due to changeover of staff. Also with office staff being (I guess) busy we didn't always get a quick response to our queries.

We are very happy with our experience with Red Ink. Lots of time and attention spent on getting the design to how we wanted. Professional service who kept up communication well which is such an important part of the process. The staff were all very helpful from design through to construction and completion - Grant, Sue and Phil (Bunbury Red Ink) were all excellent at paying attention to even minor details which in the end all come together to create a great home.
