Our consultant Wanda Chan is amazing in every way from providing advice right through to after sales support.Nothing was too difficult and she provided us options and guided us throughout. The quality of the build was of a very high standard.We love our new home.

We were very cautious when selecting our builder for our new home. We settled on Redink homes, not just on the cost, but willingness to listen and build a house to our needs.
From design to completion the entire team were great. The communication was rapid and transparent. They listened to our minor changes during the build and without too much trouble actioned as required.
The multiple trades workmanship and attitude was excellent throughout the build.
The cost from contract to completion had a few minor variations, due to us changing a few items.
They delivered our house on time and on budget to a very high standard.

Our experience with RedInk has been of a very high standard. All the stages of the build from conception through to handover have been exemplary. Even on those rare occasions where we had concerns, the staff were able to rectify issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Where costs are concerned I feel we got more for our money than we ever could have expected.

Redink were hard to fault. We had a friendly and helpful initial consultant, a thorough and knowledgeable supervisor who used quality tradesmen. The pre-start interview was also smooth. Customer service was excellent. We're very happy with the quality of the build and attention to detail. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Our build with Redink couldnt have been smoother, havent had a single hiccup since the build had commenced. They accommodated us in each and every way. The house was fully customisable which no other builder was willing to do in our budget. They let us do owner siteworks which saved us heaps. The build quality couldnt be better and the problems were immediately sorted. Would like to appreciate our Client Liaison and Supervisor for making this journey wonderful. We are very happy to move into our first home.
Our final cost was lower that what we signed. Our build was very well managed, very prompt to our queries. Wish i could give more stars to these people.

Building our home was an easy process. Any questions or changes were dealt with really quickly. The quality of the fittings and appliances are amazing. We looked around for a year and RedInk by far were better value for your dollar. It was a quick build and no hassle with great staff every step of the way. Although we had some teething problems with the admin at first, I have to say that was well made up for when the build started, our supervisor Karl has supplied the utmost quality tradesmen that I, and Im from the building industry, can not fault, all trades are completing their roles to an exceptional Quality.

We were very happy with the inclusions we received that worked within our budget. Communication was exceptional throughout the construction period and the supervisor and client liaison officer worked with us to have the home completed without our personal time frame. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional, in particular the brickwork and the paving. We both have worked within the industry so our standards are high - these were well and truely met.
