Thank you for your question. The main difference is that the new 2020 collection bassinets are now approved for overnight sleeping when you use with the bassinet.

We have tested out the JIVE and METRO in some of the smallest cars on the market like the Fiat 500 and Nissan Micra and they both fit easily.

Hi Jadine,

The frame for the 2017 and Platinum are compatible with existing baskets seats etc but the wheels are not compatible due to the new 2018 braking system which isn't compatible with the 2017 rear wheels.

Hi Mary,

It is normal for the bassinet to have movement once it has been locked into the adaptors. The movement is part of the pram suspension and lessens the impact of bumps etc to baby while they are in the pram. If you are concerned at all, it is best to reach out to customer care on 1300 344 964 or [email protected] and we can assist :)

The JIVE 2 range is coming to an end as we have the 2020 range arriving in late February 2020. We have designed the new accessories to be compatible with existing models (like the second seat conversion kits).

Hi Lauren,

The tandem setup only allows the toddler seat to be in the lower position. You can then use a capsule/bassinet or main seat in the upper part of the pram. I hope this helps. RB Team xx

If you feel that your seat or bassinet moves more than this amount, please take a short video and send it to [email protected] so that our warranty team can investigate this for you.

When assessing the movement, it is important to remember that you're able to move these parts by hand more than they would move naturally when the pram is in motion. There has to be the ability for these parts to move as they absorb the impact of when the pram is in motion.

Hi Britt,

Thank you for your question. As a pram is a working machine, there can be noises from time to time when the parts move against each other for example. We advise using a silicone spray roughly every 8 weeks and spraying all of the moving parts including the wheels and brake parts. This ensures that any dirt or sand trapped in the mechanisms will work their way out and continue to allow the pram to run smoothly. The JIVE ² was released in November 2017 and the deisgn is based on customer feedback from our previous models.

The main differences are:

*newly designed bassinet with deeper sides and airflow panels for greater airflow through the canopy.
*new 12kg shopping basket
*ergonomic 5 -point harness
*Extension canopy with mesh panels.
*puncture-proof rear wheels

We also have a great range of accessories to fit the new 2018 range.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your question. It will depend on which pram you decide on and the colour as we have different dispatch dates for each pram at the moment. You can view the expected dispatch dates by clicking on the individual colours and the shipping date will pop up. Once shipped, the pram can take from 2-7 business days to be delivered depending on your location.

Hi Mia,

As Char pointed out, the front wheels are swivel but you can lock them in to use the pram on rough or uneven terrain. When locked, the pram is hard to steer. To unlock, you just need to press the circle buttons above the wheels on the main frame and this will unlock the wheels and allow them to swivel. Hi Josh,

The handlebars are designed to be telescopic and lock into four different heights. The handlebar may have moved in transit and may just need to be re-adjusted. Please refer to the video below on how to adjust the handlebars.
