Buying a mattress was complicated until I walked into the Regal showroom. Sue was so patient, knowledgable and helpful, taking the time to explain each mattress. And now the mattress has been delivered I can honestly say that I am sleeping on a cloud.

An excellent experience. Asher was very very helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses and took lots of time to make sure we were happy. We were delighted with the whole transaction and look forward to the delivery of the mattress and base and a great night sleep.

Asher is the man ! did the rounds of the usual bedding stores and he spent more time with us than ( the major ones ) put together. Spent a lot of time trying different mattresses ( and pillows ) and now after a month of sleeping on our new mattress i can say we are very happy highly recommended !

Asher in the Malvern store provided excellent customer service. He was very patient during the choosing process and obviously new the products very well. Would definitely recommend buying from here! Their advertising is misleading - blatant lies. Just google Tempur and claim they stock it. They don't.
Their online customer service continued the scam. Believing them, I drove to a store to be told otherwise, “but our beds are better”.... bait and switch.

Mish and Nicole were fantastic to deal with! They gave us a great deal of their top of the range bed which I highly recommend for any one that suffers back ache. After much shopping around we are very satisfied with our purchase and our shopping experience.

I was given good advice regarding which mattress would be suitable for me and did purchase it. However I did find the salesperson a little pushy insisting I purchase there and then because the sale was finishing in a day or so but now find that it is still on and the purchase could have waited.

Outstanding customer service - we had to return our first purchase and get a different bed and it was so easy - the level of service is truly unique. The delivery team were equally brilliant, hot day - top floor and no lift - the guys didn't even bat a lid. Nice fellas and super swift, really appreciate this old fashioned level of service - thanks Jourdan & Keyan!

I purchased my Noosa Mattress in the Malvern store,and found Michelle and her staff went out of their way to assist me in making my decision. I would recommend them and their quality products.

Janine and Mishka were extremely attentive to our needs. Not only were we fitted for our bed (our sleeping style was analysed and discussed!) but Mishka kept our bubba occupied while we tried out the beds.

Mish in Malvern was fantastic, super quick to give us a hand and really focused on my alignment and how I like to sleep! In the end I went with the Serene pillow it has a memory foam insert through the centre, so provided support and a nice fluffy pillow to cuddle up to. Can't wait to get some good sleep! Thanks
