Excellent service from both Michelle and Matthew at the Springvale store regarding a mattress swap over. Very happy with how helpful they were especially Michelle. Highly recommended this store for anything bedding related.

I went to Regal Sleep Solutions recently because I had to purchase a bed for my particular health needs. Michelle the staff member was not only knowledgeable in all of the products but knowledgeable in every particular need that I required to get a comfortable bed to suit myself. I felt I was served with patience, kindness and honesty.

We were on the market for a new mattress and bed frame we went into regal in Springvale we were served by Michelle she was absolutely amazing she knows her stuff she was friendly with great service and very knowledgeable and very professional cant wait for the new bed and highly recommend Michelle

Lidia from Springvale Homemaker Centre was very helpful, she understood what l was looking for in a bed and mattress. The men that delivered the bed also came on time and answered any queries that l had.

Lidia was very helpful in the shop and pointed us in the right direction to the mattress we might like she made sure our spines were straight when laid down which is a first when buying a mattress . Called in at Regal in Springvale this morning and couldn't be happier with the service I received from Lidia. She helped me explore all options with no time pressure. Her technical knowledge of the beds was impressive and I am looking forward to delivery of my new mattress. I would recommend Lidia and the Regal store. A very knowledgeable, friendly and patient Eva got us an excellent deal at the Sprinvgale store. Answered all our questions and provided more insights that we were unaware of. Mattress was great, comfortable and came with a 15 year warranty.

We were served by Sue. She was very knowledgeable about the different products the store sold. She knew exactly what the beds were made from and the type of bed that best suited our requirements. She was very patient and answered every question we had.

Looking for informed assistance around mattress options, and Lidia at Springvale store delivered in full. Rather than just pushing a purchase, Lidia was the all over issues relating to bedding / sleep comfort and explained everything comprehensively and trialled many options. So glad we stepped in to Regal Sleep to get this professional advice - if looking to get a mattress go the experts and don't bother with the usual furniture stores as likely they don't have this level of knowledge and passion !!

Just purchased a mattress today and I have to say that the service was better than all the other stores I went to.

Lidia was very informative (telling me things I didn't realise I needed to know) and genuinely wanted what was best for me, and for a great price. We were immediately welcomed on arrival and shown all the available options for a single mattress for our 3rd old sons first big bed.
