Decent Product
I had an older model (EP-7030) which lasted for years with very satisfied results. The shaver head deteriorated after only a few uses despite very gentle use, but the epilator didn't miss a beat. It charged fairly quickly and held a charge. The unit was easy to clean, used often and lasted for 3 years before the head stopped rotating. It was too much of a challenge to find a replacement head.

Worked well on facial hair and fine blonde hair on hands. I was too much of a whimp to use it on thicker hairs like legs and bikini. My disappointment lies in the fact it didn't last even 18 months and stopped working (I think the motor burnt out, as the handle got hot and there was a burnt smell around the switch area).

The head is too small and I feel the guard around the tweezers isn't qu
