Hi Guys, Please help with some advice, I have a 2011 Koleos 2,5l cvt and have had it for 8 years now with no issues, I have not driven it for a week now due to the covid-19 lockdown restrictions. This morning i tried starting the car but the car wouldnt start and shows a "check automatic gearbox" message. what could be the problem and how do i resolve it? The car has given no issues until this morning.

My koleos 2011 2.5l starts engine but wen i put into gear it slows rave n picks no power driving it forward. It has no problem whe on reverse gear but all front gears it cuts acceleration. Is it plugs or something. Please help

I have lost my park lights on my koleos after playing with some trailer lights.All the other lights work fine, I am wondering if I have blown a fuse.I have checked all the fuses under the dash and checked each globe and they are fine,any ideas as I can only drive during daylight hours now.

External fuel smell from a 2013 Koleos (petrol engine). Have replaced the fuel cap. No visible petrol leaks or stains from or around the fuel tank.

What version do you have? If there is a SIM problem, put a new SIM in and it should rebuild itself automatically, apart from the personal media such as songs, movies, pics, etc. Hold the Radio power button for 30 seconds to force the reboot if required

Hi, i live semi rural and digital radio does drop out on the fringes, i switched to FM and that fixed the problem, easy mistake to make .

Hi there,
I was just driving my 2009 Koleos when I suddenly lost power and had a warning light of “check engine injection” which then disappeared and “Check ESP” came up. When pulling over, turning the car back on and off again the car drove fine. My mechanic took a look at the car and couldn’t find anything wrong with it. It has just happened again to me. Any advice? Thanks so much

My suggestion would be to check your Koleos at car’s electricIan service, as it sounds for me more of electric issue than mechanic!

No idea about that, I have not had that issue (surprisingly) but i would say you have a leaking pipe. Back to the dealer!

Hi. I have a 2013 Renault koloes 2.5 dynamic. When I do not accelerate the car jerks, but when I do accelerate the car is fine. No engine lights appearing. Can this be due to a dirty throttle body?

I would find an independent Renault mechanic to look at it. Don’t take it to a dealer, you will be ripped off!

hello every now and then I find I have a flat battery. I have been told it is because I leave the starting card in.Also the computer is all haywire the read outs are all wrong ie fuel used lpg etc etc I wonder if it can be reprogramed

I have bought my Renault Koleos Intens on Oct 2016, I couldn't play my iPhone 7 Plus (same as other iPhones) music till now through bluetooth but I got a loan car which is Renault koleos zen where I can play music through bluetooth of my iphone 7 plus.
The lady in the service can connect her iPhone and play songs through bluetooth in my car. I'm bit lost not sure what to do, same with dealer as well.
Any one can help or suggest?

On my koleos life 2022 the only power windows switch which illuminates at night is the drivers windows one all others are not. Is this just this model as my wifes capture all illuminate as did my megane

belynda hello.i have one great cars it is very simple just use the two buttons in the enclosed dash. If this does not work there is a problem
I have followed the reset clock, but it will not go to the clock.
I just changed the time today. Select the time on the console. This will have just the time up. The bottom right plus symbol, hold down for a few secs and a reset time will come up. Make sure the adjust to daylight saving isn't selected. Then adjust the time. I suggest to re-select adjust to day light saving then exit. Hope this helps
