It helps ME!
I’ve only just recently rediscovered this product. I’m not particularly stressed, but I’ve recently had trouble getting to sleep. A couple of sprays of this remedy on the tongue and I can now get to sleep easily. Try it!
Purchased in June 2021 at Chemist Warehouse.

Amazing when feeling fearful
I feel this helps when dreading events coming up or when fearful about doing something. It helped relax me when getting up in front of others to speak, although I do notice I usually have triple the recommended dosage to feel effects. I do notice instant effects and I now carry this on me when feeling worried. I have had panic attacks in past, I feel this has helped, lessened or prevented them entirely.

Wow, wow wow
I was skeptical, this works. I have mild panic attacks and I was diagnosed with clinical depression 3 years ago. I have only just discovered this. I can't believe it, as soon as the drops hit my tongue, I feel relief... Absolute relief in an instant. Nothing short of incredible. You must try this if you struggle with life. I wish I could give 6 stars

Placebo effect? What are you on about.
I think those who claimed it had a placebo effect were just way to adamant that it wasn’t going to work and refuse to believe it does even have an effect.
I mean sure if you’re having a full blown attack this spray is not going to do anything on its own when your so focused on feelings of anguish.
Next time, try focusing on how horrible the taste is, deep breathes and repeat, I experience a calming effect within 30 seconds, I had a huge argument with my partner and I usually can’t deal with it and storm out frustrated and angry, prior I had t...Read more

It's not a cure-all, but it does work!
I've dealt with mild anxiety for as long as i can remember, but in the past few years it had escalated into full-blown panic attacks to the point where i couldn't go on holidays that i had booked for myself or even sit in a movie theater without having that panic wash over me and it prevented me from enjoying life for a while. I started using this in conjunction with practicing CBT and improving my diet and exercise, and it worked wonders! As soon as i feel overwhelmed and my brain starts to go foggy, i take 3 sprays under the tongue and it calms me almost instantly. It definitely isn't a one stop shop cure for anxiety, but it does help ease symptoms immensely!

I love this product
My 12yo DD has developed chronic anxiety after a series of family tragedies in a very short period of time. In conjunction with a counsellor, meditation and journalling, we have tried rescue remedy drops. Within a few minutes of taking it she always seems calmer and more relaxed and She tells me she feels better. I know alot of people may think it's having a placebo effect, but I'm fine with that. I don't want to take something away from her that is working in one way or another

Surprisingly works
I’ve used the Rescue Remedy in dropper form and pastilles. I’ve used for travel, anxiety and to prevent panic attacks. So far so good. I’m sticking with it. Pastilles are very convenient.

A must for anxious dogs
This worked on my dog he is petrified of storms, wind etc. He was shaking and panting during a recent storm. I remember I had this is the cupboard (the drops for pets with glycerin not alcohol). Within a few minutes he stopped panting and settled down. He was still shaking a little but it took about 90% of the anxiety away. You have to continue with small doses frequently. Adding to their water bowl is ideal or squirt into their mouth. The glycerin is sweet so most like the taste of it. The only thing is that it is $25 for 10ml which is pretty pricey but I don't care it works and means we can all have a good sleep.

Doesn't work. Don't waste your money.
I tried Rescue Remedy and it did not do a thing. I wouldn't waste my money on this in future. I'd suggest meditation, journalling or deep breathing. All of those things actually helped.

Seems to have helped
Upon advice from another pet owner, I purchased this product to put in my cattle dog's water to calm her. Having recently moved from the country to the city she was terrified of many of the new noises and smells (esp. the planes from the nearby airport). Four drops in a medium bowl of water definitely appears to have helped her settle down. Note: some pet shops sell a similar product for animals but it is quite a bit more expensive.

Waste of Money
Bought this product to help me cope with stressful situations. It doesn't work. I took it according to directions but still no positive outcome or even marginal improvement for me. I suspect this product has a placebo effect in that people think it's working, so it does.

this stuff works for all situations.
As a chronic anxiety sufferer for years I actually even needed this product before I bought it just to buy it ! I had a friend once. I organised to meet them outside a chemists warehouse chain store with their own personal rescue spray which I borrowed. I took in 2 deep breaths of it and felt it calm me suprisingly quite quickly. I was still concerned however if it would last long enough for me to purchase my own bottle. I asked a staff member who pointed to security near the door. At this point I knew normally I would have had an anxiety attac...Read more
k but didn't. I thought hey this stuff is working. It was a misunderstanding as right next to the security guy was a display stand full of remedy spray. I didn't know if it was nerves or sheer relief/excitement but I ran towards it and accidently knocked over a display of goat soap. I purchased it and have used it since in all sorts of situations such as skydiving, motorbike riding .Also for opening doors to places I haven't entered before or know who lives there. I even survived a bank robbery with it ! Now I know I can afford it and at the same time know I cannot afford not to have it. Great product for all types of situations. convenience. carry size. discreet easy application styleSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Hi, the bottle says it contains ethanol. Can my P plater son drive after taking it?

It wouldn’t be used before driving- but other than that I don’t know, sorry.
Apologies- just realised that many people might use it during the day whereas I only use it at night prior to going to sleep. I can only presume that it WOULD be fine to use prior to driving since it's not specifically meant for night-time use anyway. To be sure, I'd suggest you ask the pharmacist. Good question!
