Terrible customer service!
I have been trying to return my fridge for approx a month now and have contacted this company 12 times and counting, with no success. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company

Got a Phone Call Saying they need an Extra $500 from me to Cover the Freight....????
They Wouldn't even Reason with me to Suggest Other Carriers.. the Woman on the Phone just repeated the Same Sentence over and over with no reasoning or resolution other than PAY UP or a Refund!

I placed an order on 16/12/19 and have not heard from anyone since. pretty bad service have rung them and e-mailed only to get a call centre saying someone will ring me back.

ld ring back?? this has not happened until finally after 2 emails sent by me to see what is going on. As of the 3rd of January I was told that the item I paid for was no longer available?? 18 Days after order was made (great service) then I was told you would replace with another product which I have agreed on. I was also told that the order would be sent out to me within the week. Once again I am waiting for my order. I still don't have a consignment e-mail which was promised to me within 2 days from order?? In all honesty I should not of given you a star at all. As a business owner myself I find your company service very poor.

Great Product at a good price - Delivery arrangements could be smoother
Appears to be a much better product than the normal retail fridges for a similar (or lower price). Delivery is a little bit clunky, but I'm in a regional area.

Terrible customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Shocking service - nearly a month to get my purchase. Am still waiting!!!
In 20 years of business these people easily have the worst customer service I have encountered.
The irony is they keep calling me and asking how happy I am with the purchase and I keep telling them I haven't got the equipment. The woman is clueless on the phone.
They clearly advertise stock they don't have (inability to update their website) so I would be very hesitant to order something from them - despite their assurances and saying it will come "tomorrow".

multiple emails asking where my equipment was - a $6500 purchase no less - I had to threaten them with the going to the Dept of Fair Trading just to get a response via email - and then I was told that it was so busy for them and that was supposed to make me feel good about spending all that money and not having my equipment nor a phone call. Worst Experience
I ordered a commercial drink fridge and explained at the time that I was driving to sydney to collect. They took all day to get me the paperwork and i missed the timeframe to collect and had to make a second trip from Terrigal to near liverpool. Now i keep getting hounded for a review so there it is!!

Prompt delivery
I ordered a dinner set Monday night (heavy with many pieces) and it arrived at our door in Adelaide on Thursday. Progress of the order was provided by email and text. Great service. I would definitely use them again.

Just had to have Champagne saucers for Christmas!
Ordered some for me plus a gift. Delivered promptly,with a rattle in the box. Unfortunately one of the three sets had broken glasses. Contacted company,took and sent a photo and within a couple of days a new box,all in tact,arrived. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service!

Fantastic Service at Every Level!!
We were dealing with Annie for several weeks while we researched all our items and she was fantastic to deal with, as were all the other staff. Everyone was so helpful and professional, and the responses we needed about various equipment items, were always prompt and efficient. We will be using Restaurantequipment.com again for sure.
