Very bad experience :(
Very bad customer service, they just want to take your money and dont care about the health effects on their customers. Once they take the money and they dont offer refund.

Great staff and accomodating
Staff are very accommodating- i have a very busy schedule travelling and they alway fit me in.
I find their treatments are very good aswell.
Staff are great! Great company and great prices, they always fit me in – given my busy schedule.
The girls are very friendly- clinic is always clean, I know they are busy and yet they still fit me in all time. Thankyou ladies

Poor Customer Service
I have booked 3 sessions for my Chemical peeling at Burwood Results Laser and every time when I was on time they used to serve other people and put me on wait for atleast extra 15min. For the last session/ treatment I was 5min late and the Asian lady name starts with P (patri or something) with a very rude voice and expression told me you are late I'm supposed to cancel your appointment and then she did a very crappy job. She did spray that chemical into my nose and on my mouth but didn't bother to say sorry, but excluded my problematic areas. ...Read more
The 2nd session was very good and the result was very good, because the lady was very patient and was asking me my pain level and my skincare routine. This lady is hopeless and I told her I want to book for laser but she didn't care to ask me what areas afterwards when I'm done with the peel. Sorry Results you lost $1500 for laser and my other treatments. She applied the chemical and didn't care about the pain intensity which they used to ask on a scale of 1-10 for the first 2 sessions and there is no change in my skin because it was not a nicely done job. I Do not recommend that lady and Never book your appointments with that rude lady which wasted my money and time and made my skin even more worse.1 comment

Hopeless
I have been trying for 5 days to call and change an appointment. I have been lift on call for 10 minutes and then I am told to call back later and I am disconnected. There is something very odd about this Company. Will definitely not use again.

Holly is great
I have been getting skin treatments from this clinic now for over 18 months. Last time round I was given my treatment by HOLLY... and OMG she is amazing simply amazing. She knows her job really well and she made me feel so comfortable. Very passionate worker

Poor customer service
I bought a package of treatments that I have been using over the last year. I have been reasonably happy with the results I have had, though I have had smaller problems with the staff before. I live in a regional area and have to travel over an hour and a half each way for the treatment. Last time I was told I had one left and booked it in. When I arrived today I was told that I actually did not have any left and the staff had made an error. When I asked to look at the record of treatments I had received I was told they could not print it out or allow me to look at the screen. When I explained the circumstances I was told "Well that's unfortunate". Needless to say I will not be returning again.

Inexperienced and ineffective They also refuse to fix.
Worst customer experience and a total rip off. Do not go there as their treatments do not work effectively due to poor staff experience and skill and when you ask for a refund or a replacement treatment, you get refused and spoken down to. Stay away from this place as the owner does not care about her staff and customers.

A waste of money. A lot of hair still growing after 10 treatments
I purchased 10 treatments for Brazilian and underarm and thought it was great up until half way I was still getting normal hair growth along the undie line so the obvasly missed spots. Then when I said something she said I will go higher. So for the first 3/4 of my treatment they missed that. Burnt face after their chemical peel. They wont admit to their mistake.
Did a chemical peel at one of their clinic and my face reacted to the chemical. They told me it was normal when i went back the next day. Got told to purchase their recovery cream and toner in order for my face to recover and gave me a free complimentary LED therapy (which is already part of my package which i already paid for so not really complimentary). I also went to another Results laser clinic and asked for a second advice regarding my skin and the consultant also confirm my face is burnt from the chemical and ask which clinic i went to and told me that this will never happen to my face if i did it at Results Laser Clinic. The consultant did not know that i actually got the chemical peel done at their place that is why she gave me her truthful answer. I am still waiting for a reply email back from their senior management regarding my skin condition. Their staff still calls me constantly to attend appointments and to finish off my package and does not ask or care about how my skin is. Stay away from them they are all about money and not about RESULTS like they claim. When things happens they ask you to email to their senior management nothing about refunding your money or worse they don't admit to their mistake and says this is normal. I don't think its normal to come out of a laser clinic with a BURNT face and now stressing everyday and praying that there will be no scar.1 comment

Results laser clinic created more body hair than less
I found that Results laser clinic staff are not adequately trained in identifying which part of body your requires laser treatment or not. They just laser, they don’t care that they have stimulated double and darker hair growth.
This done purposely so that you can purchase more treatment. This happened to both my daughter and I.

Amazing staff
The staff at Results Laser Clinic Southland are incredible. My therapist and the assistant manager there always go above and beyond for me each and every time I enter the store. I am always greeted with a friendly welcome and smile, they are always presented well and always put their customers and clients first.
I will not go anywhere else for my treatments and I have refered all of my family and friends to the clinic, and they have all been amazed with the customer service and professionalism of the staff there. They gave some wrong informations to their client
I initially purchased 6 sessions for the cost of $540 at the Parramatta clinic for dark circles around the eyes. When I went for my first session today, they told me i've booked for eye lifting treatment and they don't have any treatment for dark circles around the eyes. I was so upset as i received the wrong informations 2 days ago and they've booked me for the treatment which I don't need it at all. I asked them for refund but they said they don't do it. The most manipulating and dishonest staff
I initially purchased 5 full body sessions at the Hornsby clinic and when I went in for my first session I told my technician about my problem areas and was assured that by the end of my 5 sessions I would see a significant reduction in my hair growth. After my fifth session when I raised concerns about my hair growth increasing instead of decreasing I was told that I needed at least 5 more sessions before I would see any results. vice and bought 5 more sessions. 10 sessions later and I now have more hair than I started off with and when I brought this up with another technician she told me that because I had darker skin and dark hair another laser machine (available at you city branches) would've been more effective and that the settings used during my sessions were not high enough. I should have been told this before I started my sessions because they would've known then what machine was best suited for me and when I told the technicians that I couldn't feel anything on the settings they were using they dismissed my concerns and told me that it was the highest they could go. Furthermore, on many occasions I was ignored and spoken to in a very rude manner I have had many technicians throughout this process, I have had to go back for missed spot after almost every session and have heard many different excuses for my lack of results. Not only do I believe that this lack of consistency is very unprofessional but the fact that for sales purposes I was sold 10 laser sessions and after spending thousands of dollars my hair growth is worse than what I started off with shows that the job is not been carried out properly. I not only went to another laser company to get a second opinion, I consulted one of Results Laser Clinics' employees and when I told them about my situation I was told that because the settings weren't right, not only was hair growth stimulated, the existing hair could not removed. The fact that these technicians give false information and advice to customers just to push their sales is extremely unethical especially when it concerns young women dealing with insecurities with their skin and and their image. I hope that anyone considering Results Laser Clinic stays well away and chooses a different company that has their morals in check. I would not recommend results laser clinics to anyone. I made a complaint through the company initially and was blatantly ignored then went through fair trading and the company refused to contact them too so now I have to take legal action through tribunal. This just goes to show how unprofessional this company is and reflect to the poor level of service they provide considering how dismissive their management is.1 comment

Rude staff
Rude staff members, I was only 3 minutes late to my session and they made me wait and after a while they rudely telling me that I was late and they cannot do my treatment
they treated me disrespectfully and I and my friends will not do anymore sessions with them.
What a waste of time, I wish for them to close down
