Adjusting to Revitalife bed
I bought it via a home visit. Comfortable but still getting used to it and would welcome more information (which I requested but never received!). I find changing sheets (fitted one) difficult. Overall I'm happy with it.

Am still getting used to it.
Bought it through home visit .We had a15 year old Craftmatic adjustable bed which wanted to be replaced.
The home visit and presentation was very well accepted and we just bought the mattreses.

Am still getting used to it as it is not as soft as my previous mattress. Love the adjustable head for reading in bed.
Bought through home visit. Was expensive but I was in the process of thinking of getting a new mattress so it was very timely. The home visit was very informative and pleasant.

I have had the Revitalife Euro Hi Low Bed K/S and Leather Chair, sit to stand with vibration technology.
I have MS, Diabetes 2 and Osteoarthritis. Previously I had trouble finding the right bed for my conditions, but going to the showroom, which was easy to get around and with the lovely staff that helped with giving demonstrations on both products, I was very happy with the comfort of the Euro Hi Low Bed K/S plus the remote was easy for me to use. The vibration in the bed and chair is great for my back and shoulders. Having the vibration also helps with the circulation when I elevate my legs higher for many hours. The store organised delivery and the gentleman installed the Bed and Chair for me and he gave me another lesson on the remotes. I now, after 2 weeks can work the remote in the dark. Absolute garbage
Purchased a well overpriced bed about 18 months ago, haven’t used it in over a year as it is far too uncomfortable for anyone to sleep on.. It was supposed to help with my back problems, but all it had done is make them worse! Can’t believe I wasted thousands on a bed that I wouldn’t have paid $50 for!!

I have both electric bed and lift chair
I have MS and the bed is a bit hard to get my legs in and it is the lowest height available, I have a "fat" foot and when I raise the foot it drains my foot after 8+ hours. The lift chair has had two remotes replaced and I am now frightened to press the recline button as when I did it with the old remote, it just kept going down and I felt like I was going to land on the floor. Apart from these problems the two items are livable.

I don't know how good their products are or their value for money but their sales approach is highly questionable.
They contact the elderly purporting to be a community group interested in their welfare then they send around a very smooth salesperson who attempts to gain their confidence with his interest in their well being and who then steers the conversation around to how they are sleeping. Having gotten the conversation to where they need it to be they then try to flog them a $5000 mattress.

Buying Decision
I was impressed with the customer service from both the office and the delivery men who were very helpful and courteous. I still believe the massage is a bit noisy but overall the bed is comfortable and I am sleeping a bit better. I believe an opportunity to try a real bed before purchase would help in making a decision to buy and to have a better understanding of the purpose and use of the bed.

I am so happy that I bought this bed.
I am really sleeping much better and not waking up every 3 hours like I was with the old bed. I love the downward light under the bed and the fact that I can raise my feet or head when I want to. The massage function is also wonderful!

Highly recommend this bed
I absolutely love this bed, it has fixed my sleeping problems,and the restless legs no more twitching, i have curvature of the spine as well as osteoarthritis, i now get a much better sleep without painkillers.i use zero g position perfect.Super easy to operate,the delivery guys were very helpful showed me how to operate the bed, even gave me tips on making the bed,lol. I did have to put an eggshell topper on though, even though i need a firm mattress,but with about 1|4 inch softness for pressure points, but the topper worked, and i loved this bed,no fighting with pillows of s nighttime, i used 4 with my old bed,kept throwing on ghe floor cos i couldnt get comfortable, now down to using on pillow, and no nighttime fights with pillows

The king single bed was purchased for my 100yr old mother. She has no more lower back pain and has improved her sleep. The purchase was stress free and Installation was easy.

SCAM... High pressure sales tactic on elderly who expect health advice and are sold a very expensive chair
My Dad just messaged me, wanting advice about Revitalife, who visited him this week and convinced him to buy a $4300 chair using high-pressure sales tactics. The sales person masqueraded as a health adviser, faking interest in their health (following a phone survey, just as others have claimed here)... and then sneakily got around to conning him into buying a chair for a ridiculous sum of money. Unethical practice and no moral compass. As others have stated, my parents had NO idea that the purpose of the visit was to sell them a chair. DECEPTIVE.

My bed would be fantastic if the remote would behave, the massage function turns itself on at the oddest times & will not be turned off by the remote when this happens neither the top or bottom will work so guy's I think I might have a gremlin in my machine can you help me!!
