    Won`t Last

    published

it will only last the 5year warranty period just, ours started leaking at the top 3 months before expiry of your warranty. Rheem did eventually give us a replacement unit but we were out of pocket for the plumber & electrician.
By law they can`t charge labour etc for repair/replacement, but OFT cannot enforce this you must go thru QCAT or similar, my point is that they should pay as they make the unit to only last a set period of time, rather than make a quality product.
