I have been purchasing Herringbone and Rhodes & Beckett for years now. Obviously when Herringbone went down Rhodes & Beckett were on the way. However I never thought they would actually take peoples money and not ship any of the orders thats a totally criminal act. I ordered a small amount only $100 worth but with a website thats been taken down and e-mail addresses that don't exist anymore I know the goods are never coming. Terrible to sell goods knowing your never going to ship them.

Shame on you guys :(

I didn't search or read these on line reviews before buying, having bought from R&B for years (last purchase around 18M ago) I proceeded as normal.

Now 4 weeks after my purchase, website domain is no longer supported as they have not paid their bill. Phone numbers are disconnected, emails bounce as their domain is not supported.

I would suggest they are now in receivership. I'll keep trying with OCBA and update this with any progress. Suggest anyone with outstanding purchases and no goods have now lost their money.

We've been loyal customers for years and years - after they went into liquidation and came back into business everything has been a disgrace - service, sizing, and quality! Yes I am one of the many others who are still waiting on a suit from September. After excuses and promises broken I sent another email this morning and it bounced back saying their domain is suspended due to non payment of services. Their media company (I selected that option when I called in desperation to try and get someone to answer the phone - no-one ever answers on any of the numbers - even Sydney stores) said they've cut all ties with them. I assume other people have outstanding orders but already paid in full like me? Any advice welcome...

I have been taken for over a grand. They lied several times about the issues faced but have not delivered any of the products order 6 months ago. The 18th December delivery date is a lie and they are obviously completely bankrupt now. Recommend anyone who purchased contact department of Fair trading.

I have previously purchased R&B products via online with no issues and always loved the quality. However I hadn’t purchased anything since July 2017. After reading the reviews below, I wished I’d checked out reviews prior to placing my most recent order.
I purchased two shirts in the after Christmas sales (27th) and they are yet to arrive. Their website is down, and their stores don’t answer their phones. I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed. I will be pursuing a chargeback via my bank on Monday.

Have purchased 5 shirts at the beginning of July 2018, we're now 4th of January 2022 and i'm still waiting for my order. This is nothing but a SCAM! I would give this a -5 star rating if i could.

Same problem as everyone else. Suit ordered in July, still no delivery in December. How does the office of Fair Trading still allow this company to trade?

Do not purchase anything from this website. Ordered 5 shirts in September - after a million excuses and 4 months later the shirts are yet to arrive. No one answers the line if you try call them and the emails are all generic when responding to my issues. After reading so many similar cases in this forum it is clear this is now a scam after the business went into administration earlier this year. I have reported them to consumer affairs.

Purchased suits and shirts 4 months ago. Loads of excuses about supply problems.
Promised it would be shipped by the 18th of December, this has come and gone with no answer to my queries.
Unbelievable how they continue to keep scamming people with fake sales when they can't deliver.

Do not buy anything from this company online. Six weeks after order item still not fulfilled. Called call centre nobody answers. Email not responded to. Do not purchase anything from this business.

Rude and Arrogant and did not complete my full order as outlined and promised in their confirmation and made no attempt to correct their mistake.

Terrible service, lies and more lies about customs and problems getting. Clothes into Australia. Shops that don’t answer the phones even after 6 calls to the shops one after another. I decided to walk into the store and call inside the store whilst the shop assistant was there reading the paper, phone kept ringing and still didn’t pick it up. Clearly there is a memo from management to ignore the phone as there are so many irate customers eating there 6 month old orders! New shirt quality is rubbish compared to old! Stay away!!!!

Ordered in April, haven't shipped. Claiming mid December.

Rhodes and Beckett are ostensibly insolvent, and appear to be using fake 'sales' to raise working capital given no bank will lend to them. The writing is on the wall for them. Stay away.

It appears company is trading Insolvent and may be out of business soon.
Extremely poor customer service and if you make any purchases online, these may never arrive.

DO NOT BUY!!!

I made the mistake of trying to order something online for the second time after being badly let down the first time. Same story, paid for the items and they are never shipped and no communication. Dreadful company and terrible customer service, in fact non existent.
