Where do I start... they reschedule my evaporative cooler install 3 times because they double book jobs. They cracked my celling and didn't bother to tell me until I pointed it out. The installer said they will report that and the plaster guy will come to fix it at a later date. It wasn't reported and I had to tell the lady at the service office about that, but they eventually did fix the ceiling 2 weeks later.

We purchased a replacement evaporative airconditioner from Rite Price, based on a good experience of them installing a gas heater a few years ago. Unfortunately in this case the installation was terrible. The installers were very sloppy, leaving a sting of issues. This dates back to +2 years. On the day a ducted reverse cycle A/C was installed, I found that the unit's cover had some scratches and the fins at 3 places were slightly damaged. I reported o the office. I was told that it was normal wear and tear. During the ordering a Local tradesman Marcus “FIXALL” was recommended by Rite Price for filling-in my old ceiling vent outlets.

Bought a reverse cycle air conditioner from Clovelly Park store. When it was installed, I made payment on the same day. I rang through the store to make payment. The person I spoke to (not salesmen who made original sale) quoted me the price I had on my statement.
The next day, the original salesman rang me saying I still owed $100 - not according to the amount he had written on the quote, or according to the person who took payment!
