Don't ever go with them.
I never seen anyone who is a paralegal but could not write your name correctly even after you request them couple of times and when you complaint to boss, he said that it is not a big deal but if you don't like it then go with other firm. Just 2 days to settlement, money has been already deposited into their account.

Awful experience and complete waste of money. Thought I was paying a premium price for knowledge and good customer service. I had to constantly follow up and had no faith at all in my paralegal - [name removed] who was looking after my transaction. When I called she acted like it was a bother and I had to force her to answer basic questions like she was concerned about being litigated. I read the reviews on the internet being an interstate buyer however 100% advise you to look elsewhere, its just not worth it!

RCC have been just fantastic to deal with. They have been prompt and extremely helpful with our many requirements and questions. They have completely put us at ease in a stressful time in our lives and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

After reading many reviews I decided to go with RiverCity, the job has been completed, but I believe there was a lack of communication. Whenever I emailed them with any questions with regards to the settlement process, searches, and how fees will be apportioned between me and the developer, it took them sometime - a day or two to answer me back with one line email" which obviously didn't take more than 1 minute to write" answering one question and ignoring others.
Prices are higher than other firms but I thought that I paid for better service, however that was not the case.
