The worst customer service I have ever had
I ordered an Air Fryer with FREE baking pan on January 16, 2020. When it arrived the baking pan was not included. This was the start of a 2 month plus chase to have my money refunded, once they eventually offered to allow me to return it, as there was never a baking pan for this item - a mistake on their part in the advertising, which they confessed to. claims. I have sent a minimum of 4 emails and made 3 phone calls, and still the issue has not been resolved. I have been hesitant to write this review, but if this it what it takes to get action, then so be it. I will never purchase for Robins Kitchen again, online.1 comment

Great Customer Service
Ordered a dinner set and one piece missing. Chloe was extremely helpful over the phone and sorted a replacement immediately. Original order was well packaged to ensure no broken pieces, great job.

Excellent phone service answered my questions and was all done over the phone it was corrected very quickly and would be happy to buy again knowing that I can cancel or exchange my order when needed

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a Baccarat Dutch Oven and had not received my order. I phone this morning and spoke to Thory. Thory was extremely helpful in finding out what happened to my order and explained that it was lost somewhere in Australia Post. He promptly re-ordered the product for me with efficiency and explained what will happen with tracking number. It was a great customer experience to find an articulate and understanding customer service consultant. Well done Thory and Robins Kitchen.

Product is good, but customer service could be improved.
I ordered something online and picked it up at the store after calling them about a week or two later after having received no word. Admittedly, this was my fault it seemed as I had apparently put the wrong phone number as a contact. I didn't make a huge issue about it or anything, I was simply happy to get my item, but the lady at the counter made me feel like a useless turd for the mistake, and treated me in a way that felt like she wanted to rush me out of the store already after berating me for using the wrong number. Products should be fit for purpose
My husband bought my son a plunger vegetable chopper for Christmas. We had to return it because it just didn't work. The onion just got stuck in the blades and it wouldn't turn. The assistant said it couldn't be exchanged because it wasn't actually broken . My husband insisted it should work as described. He was finally allowed to get an alternative, paying extra. Hopefully this product will work.

Excellent Customer Service - Patience Personified
I have no hestation in givng the Customer Service team a 5 star review. After changing my mind regarding and original order I placed, they went out of their way to re process my order with different items, which I have now received. They kept me appraised of the situation through the whole process.

Fantastic online service & packaging
All items in my large mixed & fragile online order came in perfect condition. I emailed a thank you to Robins Kitchen for their wonderful attention to detail, asking for the packer to be given my compliments. Thory emailed straight back acknowledging my email. I would certainly purchase again, based on their quality of products & careful packaging for postal delivery. Made my experience a very positive one.

Customer warning: do not buy anything from this store as their returns policy is unreasonable
A product I purchased which was not used and still unopened (from internal packaging) was not refunded due to external packaging not intact (ie the box it came in). Any reasonable retailer would have issued a refund. Furthermore, they have an inefficient customer service process for returns where you need to apply for a ‘returns number’ online and wait and wait and wait for no contact. In the end you will contact them yourself to follow up on the returns number and be told they will send you another link to process the return. Then you will receive an email saying they misinformed you and you won’t be getting a return afterall. Robins Kitchen customer service and returns process is inadequate in such a competitive market. Shop elsewhere!

Terrible service
I bought a electric coffee grinder, Every 30 seconds you need to double click the button to get it to grind it might as well be a manual grinder you wouldn’t expect this for a $70 product. ( you have to double click 10 times to get 1 cup of coffee) Spoke to the store Manager of the Cairns central she said she couldn’t test the product as they didn’t have any in stock but it sounded faulty so she would give me a refund. I really wanted a working product so I called another store who said it wasn’t faulty, So I went back the first store to get a refund that we discussed. The manager denied my refund as the other store called and told her it was normal. Customer service and care was so poor, all I want was a functional product.

Excellent service.
Vivian at your Chermside store provides excellent customer service. She is honest, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the products I looked at. I also picked it up for half price the item because it was on sale. Will make the papaya salad Vivian mentioned. This sort of service makes me want to cook more. Thank you.

Negative Customer Service
I have purchased from Robins Kitchen a number of times and decided to try online shopping for the first time. When the item arrived it wasnt quite what I was expecting but the card that arrived with it said I could return it to any store within 30 days. I thought this was great so I took it to Loganholme. This was where I was served by David the 2IC who was the rudest staff member I have ever met at any retail store.
I was so disappointed by the service I called the help desk yesterday morning and they said they would call me back... its been 2 business days now and still no call. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication both in store and over the phone.

Worst return policy and terrible service!!!!!
I had bought a milk frothe from the Rouse Hill store. The store manager Joanne served me. When I had bought the product she was rude to me for no reason. A week later I went back to get a refund or exchange on the product because it had been packaged with incorrect instructions and looked like it had been opened. She refused to do both and replied that its the store policy... even with a receipt and product in perfect condition. I then asked for store credit and she wouldnt give that either. So I called customer service who helped me out. Never shopping here again... EVER!!!

Great customer service
I want to recognise and thank Judith from your Mt Ommaney store for going above and beyond in helping me find piccolo coffee glasses. She even measured how much they held for me. Judith was very pleasant and easy to talk to as well as having good product knowledge and being helpful. Thank you Judith!

Great online customer service!
I bought a lasange dish from Robins Kitchen that I didn't use for a while and had just left it in its box. After finally getting around to using it for the first time, even after being careful with the dish, a crack had started to form after using it a few times in the oven. I took the dish to the shop and they said they would contact me later about it but they never did. Great customer service
After some fry pans started to be non-nonstick, I contacted them, explained the issues and awaited a reply. Despite taking several days to get back to me (everyone is busy) their overall service was fantastic. Shannay was super helpful and organised warranty replacements for my pans very quickly. I am very satisfied with their service.
