Responsive polite service yet again! I appreciate getting a text when flowers are delivered. This time I received a personal email explaining that some flowers had been substituted without contacting me first. I accepted the apology as I saw the flowers and it had a minimal effect. Highly recommend this company for the integrity and transparency shown.

I ordered my best friend some flowers with a vanilla candle for her birthday this year and these guys did NOT disappoint! She adored it and said the candle smelt amazing! I think last year I sent her the chocolate flowers which she also really loved. It’s so nice to be able to brighten somebody’s day for their birthday even when you live interstate!

I ordered flowers for my daughters engagement which cost me $90 plus delivery - they looked magnificent on their website. I was so shocked when my daughter received them. They looked nothing like what I ordered and the bunch was so small it was embarrassing. I don’t know how and why they can justify charging what they do. Complete rip off. They sent me a survey and I was clear on how disappointed I was. They emailed me stating they care about my feedback and that someone will contact me to ask why I gave them a bad rating. That was 10 days ago and still haven’t heard from them.
Will never use them again.

The process was very efficient and thorough. Which helped when I was booking to deliver the flowers interstate. The original arrangement had to be changed by the florist due to availability however they chose well and the recipient loved them - so thank you so much.
