We are so happy to finally have our dream home which was built by Ross North! We mostly appreciate the professionalism we saw right from the beginning to the end of the project. The quality of the building is of the highest standard and we were supported throughout the journey as they were all happy to answer and explain any questions we had. We recommend Ross North to anyone looking for good builders!

Ross North was very accomdating during the planning, didn't try and charge us additional cost for redesigning plans.
Prestart went smoothly, all staff very professional and very welcoming at the head office.
Just moved in, no issues with workmanship at this point and hopefully will be none.
Communication was great, someone was always available and often they went that extra step to help us.
Final cost we go money back from items that didn't quite cost as much as predicted, which we were told would probably happen.

The sales, house design, product selection and assistance all the way through to the build start was excellent, very helpful and very much appreciated.
The trades workmanship and build quality was of a very high standard and the trades people were always friendly and helpful.
The few issues and questions we had at all stages were always addressed and quickly solved to a high quality level.
The final cost was consistent with the estimates and some estimated expenditures were not required and therefore the final account reduced accordingly. We found the financial process throughout very clear and transparent.

Building with ross north was one of the best decision i have done in my life..Sales consultant Bradley was very helpful in designing and sorting us out..Supervisor ian Gail in office all the staff was very professional helpful...keys were handled before time and if u report any issue it be adressed straight away....thx ross north

This was the first time we have built a house and the process was simple and well managed throughout. The site manager was a step ahead and did everything to explain the process, address concerns and guide us along. The quality is first-rate, which you can see from the finish, the inclusions and just the way the house has been put together. We were completely satisfied with the way we were supported by Ross North - they have all the specialists available and we felt comfortable making the decisions we needed to. There were no surprise costs we weren't made aware of.

We are now happy living in our new house. Thanks rossnorth for making it possible. They also had quick response in any issue during our house built. Their contractors are highly skilled and I will proudly recommend Rossnorth.

First of all Mac is amazing and i will always recommend him to anyone that wants to build. To keep it nice and short the experience with Ross North was very good from the beginning almost to the end. The part that i was disappointed at was with the site manager, the lack of communication. At the inspection we had a list of things that needed to be fixed up which they said that they have 10 days to fix. It took him 15 days to fix up and if i wasnt calling him and checking up i believe it would of taken longer.

At the end i must say i would build with them again because they did a great job. That said i would be checking up on the site supervisor a bit more often because i believe he could of finished the job 1 and a half months earlier.

We had a fantastic experience from the start to the end with building with Ross North, the salesman Adam at the display homes helped us so much in changing plans and giving us excellent ideas, nothing was ever too small or too big for him to help with, this made us feel so comfortable and made our decision to build with Ross north, but the excellent customer service didn’t stop there it went right to the very end even after we got our keys for our beautiful home
We would highly recommend anyone to build their new homes with Ross north, you will not be disappointed

We had one more great experience dealing with entire Ross North team right from Sales until Handover stage. The satisfaction keeps increasing and the comfort and transparency they have during each stage is a standout. There were several challenging phases during the build but the Ross north team provided great support and understanding. Right from Mac, Ian, Cheryl, Laura, Gail, Katie, Jane everyone has been great and very friendly. Thanks once again and I have no problem Recommending Ross North to my friends and family.

From the sales team (Mac Mackenzie), prestart, admin, construction manager and the building supervisor the whole process was very professional and ran like clock work once the approvals were in place. We rate the product and procedure so much.......... we're doing it again in Palmyra!

We are very happy with our experience building through Ross North Homes, from start to finish everything went smoothly from dealing with everyone in the office to site, the workmanship is top notch, was very happy how site was kept tidy and cleaned during construction.
Overall if i was to build again i wouldn't hesitate to go through Ross North and we cant thank them enough how our home turned out :)

- site supervisor was great. Didn’t talk much, but did an awesome job.

From the initial consultation to the handover, the team at Ross North were great & quite approachable. Our queries were addressed appropriately and there was no rush or pressure to get a contract signed. Sacha, who did our pre start and Ivan, the site supervisor were fantastic. Well and truly satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the build. The difference in the provisional cost and actual cost of site works was shocking. Couple of issues during the build were rectified without any compromise to the standard.

Our build with Ross North started with a bang - Adam our consultant was fabulous! He was instrumental in ensuring we added items we never considered and now wouldnt do without. The process was quite smooth and painless thanks to the builder, however we noticed (this is out third home with them) while our home is fantastic, quality of the finish has dropped.
