Average mower
Bought online for $350 but after trying it, it is not as good as I thought and pretty average compare to Bunnings Ryobi $399 with side throw, mulch and bigger Yamaha engine.
The catcher handle easily broken off and also there is no speed adjustment. The good thing is this mower doesn't need to prime the gas beside that it is very average mower.
Purchased in January 2021 for A$349.00.

Poor performer
Have an average flat lawn and this makes the job of mowing slower than ever. Starts reasonably well when cold but should it stop (which it will do readily) or you need to stop for some reason, then restarting will be the bane of your existence. Fuel will also randomly run out from the air filter which apart from annoying must be a hazard around a hot motor. Took back to dealer within 3 weeks of purchase but they were of no assistance, that appears to be how this mower is. Can't see how this is really fit for the purpose it is made for.
Purchased in July 2021 for A$560.00.

Pro's and Con's
This seems to be a hardware store special. I bought mine from Mitre10 for $399. It mulches and catches well and it starts really well from cold. The bad news is it's almost impossible to restart if you stop the engine when it's hot. If the grass catcher was smaller this would be a major bummer.

thottle control

No throttle control n better buy Yamaha mower at Bunnings or Rover at Costco (only sold in Costco n it comes with throttle control)
It comes with 2 throttle settings - a) Stop and b) Go. I've never felt the need for anything more sophisticated than that. It does mean the engine stops when you remove your hands to empty the catcher for instance, but it starts so easily that having to give the starter cord another tug when I want to resume mowing hasn't ruined my life.
