Speedy reimbursement
I’ve made three claims this year - every claim was quickly processed. I am glad we are with RSPCA pet insurance - it makes dealing with a stressful situation so much easier.

Can't believe I haven't insured my pets in the past.
Can't believe how easy it is to lodge a claim and how quickly it is resolved. Now I know the process it is so easy...and great value. Have been with RSPCA Pet Insurance for 7 months and have made 2 claims, successfully. First pet we have ever ensured...no regrets at all. Thank you RSPCA.

Bad coms around when you’re allowance resets
Been with RSPCA for 4-5 years, was good at the start with efficient payment but has dropped off the longer we are with them. Not sure why the need to resubmit a full medical history on each claim.

Amazing Cover
Easy and amazing coverage similar to my own Insurance. Couldn't be happier, Vet chosen was able to process claim in house. Out of pocket funds was minimal, which was great at Christmas time.

RSPCA is amazing
Policy was good value that I chose. I think RSPCA is a great cause and will support in anyway I can. We also rescued our puppy from the RSPCA in Weston creek ACT.

Great pet insurance
We have been with RSPCA for 1 year now and they always pay our claims quickly and with ease. Very lucky to have got this as our rescue dog has been full of suprises. Great value.

Very quick and easy to claim
Once I lodged the claim I had the outcome within a few days.
We have been insured the with RSPCA pet insurance for 2 years.
The policy was easy to set up and customer service was fantastic and very helpful.

Amazing
Made a huge number of claims for my 2 dogs over the past 12 months and received over 50% of my bills back within 3 days of lodging the claim. Super easy online lodging, no investigations.

I purchased pet insurance through RSPCA when my dog was a puppy. I thought that I wouldn't ever use it, I was wrong.
The policy that I took out was very easy to set up. The cost is affordable, and has certainly come in handy.
I have lodged a few claims, which were promptly taken care of, no dramas at all.
I am glad we have this insurance, it has given me peace of mind for my dogs care.

Hoped not to have to use it, but when we did it has been terrific
My attitude to any insurance is that you don't know whether it is good value until you need to make a claim. In this instance, I'm very happy to recommend the insurance to friends and families. Lodging the claim was straight forward once the required documentation had been collected. The claim was cleared and paid into my account in a very timely manner. No fuss, straight forward and well explained.

Slow to reimburse. Difficult over phone
While they are quick with reminders to pay premiums, the process of getting a claim reimbursed has been tedious. They did not email, message or call me when either info war required, despite this being my 'preference', I only discovered this by logging onto the portal- Then weeks later got a letter asking the same thing which by then had already been done. Over the phone I was told no assessors work over the Christmas and New year holiday period (in home, health or other insurance this would be unheard of i'm sure), so further delays there. Now...Read more
, 10 days into the new year, and almost a month since the initial claim was made I have still seen no reimbursement. I will be looking into other companies to provide this service in a more timely manner. Edit: following this review, I was contacted via the resolution team and had my claim fast tracked. Whilst I am grateful for this, I shouldn't have to go to this length to get a claim reimbursed almost a month after the initial claim was lodged. Better communication needed from start of process if efficiency, and customer satistfaction is a priority for RSPCA2 comments

Wouldn't be able to afford my dog without it. Very accident prone
Live in the country and my dog is always getting into trouble and having to go to the vets, the cost of emergencies, out of hours and surgeries would be too much to afford without insurance.
Good value, very easy to setup, 2 weeks max the money is in my account, been with rspca insurance for around 4 years

Thank goodness I took out Pet Insurance
The policy was very easy to set up when I got my fur baby. Unfortunately at 13 months old he was diagnosed with a luxating patella and had to have surgery immediately. My claim was handled quickly and efficiently and with ease as my vet submitted all the expenses directly with RSPCA Insurance and I received the payments in a timely manner. Thank you RSPCA :)

Wouldn’t be with out it!
Great value and peace of mind for when the unexpected happens. Has save me thousands of dollars. Claims can be easily made online and usually resolved within the week. Highly recommend.
