Quick and easy application with satisfactory results. Discount on second pet is pretty good and great peace of mind knowing my boys are fully insured now which makes me feel at ease.

I will wait for 12 months to ascertain if the policy is good value. I am a first time insurer for my new dog, so have no experience as to whether it was good value or not. However, it was very easy to set up.

Good policy

This is the first time that I have taken out pet insurance, though I have been a pet owner for almost 50 years. The policy was clearly set out, and the process of completing the form for the policy was simplicity itself. I elected to go with the RSPCA pet insurance because of the portion of the premium that is dedicated to helping animals.

RSPCA pet insurance was recommended by our next door neighbour and we have been really impressed by how easy the online claim system is, and the fact that claims are processed in a fair and timely manner. We are very happy with the customer service and the rebate is paid in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

This is the evidence of my policy with RSPCA. Paying them $65 a month for 4 years now and in 4 years only took my pet to the vet twice but still can’t claim any of it.

This was the first time i have submitted a claim. It was so easy, apart from the stress of a sick dog there was no stress at all in making the claim. Within a couple of days from submitting, it had been paid.

Ultimate Accident & Illness Cover

I've had ultimate accident and illness cover since my dog was a puppy and have never made a claim he is now 2 yrs old and he has started to have a hacking cough every couple of hours he is up to date with all his needles and tablets my question is if it is kennel cough or similar is he covered by his pet insurance
