Not cheap insurance but great peace of mind and quick payout. Not a fight to get payment for covered treatment which is great. Been covered for 9 years and very happy with it.

Had this policy for nearly 13 and nothing but praise for them. Claimed many times over the years and all were processed fast and efficiently without issue. My dog was diagnosed with 2 forms of cancer later in life and they covered 80% of the VERY expensive vet bills no problems. Which meant I could give my girl the very best care without the stress of the cost.

The first claim was a huge pain very drawn out, but after that every claim has been smooth and resolved quickly.

I cancelled 2 policies recently. I believe RSPCA aimed not to pay and looked for any way to effect this.
Since then I have been told of a Choice magazine article which says they couldn't in good faith recommend ANY pet insurance.
Save your money instead and keep it aside for any problems with your pet down the track.

I originally got this pet insurance for my border collie thinking he’s very energetic, he may have an accident while jumping or running one day. Before his third birthday he had a seizure. He was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy shortly afterwards. I claimed medications, blood tests, MRI scans and vet consultations over the years. My premium did go up each year, however, the value was still there as I was able to claim back 80 percent of most things. I was disappointed that there was a limit on consultations and other things as I needed them frequently for his care. Overall, a great decision as RSPCA pet insurance helped me to extend my dogs life and take care of him for as long as I could.

We have only been with RSPCA pet insurance for a couple of hours. The cover was well explained to us. At this stage we cannot comment on making a claim.

RSPCA have been excellent with our little girl, they pay 80% of what the vet charges ( in like human medical insurance), now with in line submission they pay with in 36 hrs. We have been with RSPCA for 5 years, highly recommended

I do feel our policies has been worth having, communication is very good. Having been with the company for at least 7 years and I feel very reassured if something happens to my dogs my claim will be honoured. I also like some of the cost of the insurance goes back to RSPCA to help take care of suffering animals.

Customer service is very friendly it's no hassle at the vet. They submit all my claims for me and within a week I'm reimbursed. Have stayed with RSPCA for a few years now and haven't looked at changing

I filed a claim on Monday and received payment by Thursday. My cat Midas has had several visits to the vet this year. I’ve paid a lot of money and got my payments back in a speedy fashion.

Claims take about 2days to reimburse, have had policy for 5yrs this October I think. We have another puppy from the RSPCA which I will be adding to the current policy

When our dog was young it was good value, however as she has aged our premium has doubled while the return has not changed, 75%. Vet prescribed wet food is not covered

This is the first time we own dog and I have made a right decision to have Rspca pet insurance right away after I got my puppy. The vet confirmed my dog has inflammable bowel disease at 8 months old age and luckily with rspca pet insurance, I don’t have to pay the high vet bills all by myself. I was able to claim 80% of the cost. Their claim process is very easy too. The vet clinic or hospital are able to do for us. We usually received the claim money within one week.
