I just recently purchased the Ultimate Plus for my puppy. Everything was super easy to set up, customer service (Hayley) was amazing. She knew everything, and was so lovely and educated on everything I asked her. She was definitely the reason I went with RSPCA. The price as well was very comparable with other companies, but the inclusions were definitely better with them. Not yet to claim, but so far I'm very impressed and happy with the service.

Just taken out policy, helpful and knowledgeable staff that helped me through the process. Excellent value for peace of mind and although I have not claimed as yet, i was assured the claims is an easy process

Absolutely beautiful customer service, not pushy like most insurance places are, they explain absolutely everything and whether or not a certain cover would suit. would highly recommend picking RSPCA for pet insurance

I am very pleased with the advisor and it was an excellent experience. I pleased to be helping the RSPCA as my dog was a rescue dog too. The call was easy and my options were thoroughly explained.

Staff were friendly and fully capable of answering all my questions. Whole experience took approximately 10 mins and we were done. Couldn't be happier with the service offered. Not only did I purchase a great product for my dog but I am helping with the care of other less fortunate animals with their care.

I am not happy that dental surgery is not covered on the top cover! so now i have to put it on vet pay as well as paying for my premium!

Yes I think it is value for my money it was easy to set up I have just set up for pet insurance I have not made a claim as of yet and I hope I do not have to but it is there if I do

My Consultant was extremely helpfull who answered all my questions. She went through the policy very patiently. As I have had a poor experience with a previous pet insurance provider therefore was hesitant and wanted to ensure this was the correct cover for my 9 week old puppy Diesel, and piece of mind for me.
