Paid for items, did not receive them, no refund - dont risk this website
After Australia Post lost the item, after 3 weeks they expect me to just wait indefinitely until the Police conducts an investigation apparently. The Police has better things to do. The tracking history shows as not delivered to right address, just resend the items and you deal with Australia Post. Ridiculous stand, if I pay for items i expect to receive them!

nto your case, as you can understand that during the COVID-19 pandemic, things aren't running as they usually would - our business is not immune from that as we're in the travel industry essentially - hence the delay on being able to get to this, my apologies. Here's my understanding of what happened... part of your order got delivered to you and the other part seems to have been delivered to someone a few suburbs away from you. You and our customer experience team have then had a fairly frustrating conversation (I'd also be upset/annoyed if I were you) on how to resolve your case and this went on for weeks which is very disappointing as this is not a complex issue for us to resolve.

It is surprisingly good
I shopped online at rushfaster and I am impressed by its super efficiency. I live in Melbourne. The bag was dispatched the next day of my order, and it arrived the day after!! Plus I got a very good deal for my bag compared to other stores. Careful packaging and quick online response too. One of the best online experience so far. I hope they can keep up the good work.

Excellent Customer Service
Had an issue with the first product I ordered (manufacturers fault, not theirs) and John from their customer support team was excellent. Ended up ordering a new bag and receiving a refund for the old one to put towards it. Couldn't be happier with the level or service provided. Well done.

My first choice for bags and work accessories
Whenever I need a bag, iPad case or even a keep cup, I check rushfaster first. I love their review/unboxing videos. The communication and delivery is also spot on. Their customer service has also been great when I am waiting for stock to come in or have questions about products.

Never Again
Tried to cancel order even though it was still in wharehouse they said I can’t, they said I could return it for full refund after It arrived, then when it took 10 days to arrive they blamed busy wharehouse and Australia post. Then I find out they won’t refund the original postage plus I paid the return, so am out of pocket $18 for something I don’t have and they wouldn’t cancel in the beginning.
Never again rushfaster.

it for you as it is as it's not fair on our other customers to buy an already used case. We did give you a refund over and above our return policy and we've had to take this case out of stock at significant cost to us as we were trying to do the best thing for you. Once an order is placed on our site, we're unable to cancel it as we send it to the warehouse quickly to try to ensure fast shipping (which usually happens, hence our name). The delay on your order was due to Christmas volumes around sale periods where both our warehouse and Australia Post were struggling to keep up with unprecedented demand (especially during a period of an unprecedented bushfire crisis across NSW/VIC that was closing many roads to areas like yours). We'll be improving our send times during the 2020 Christmas sale periods and hope that Australia Post will be improving their service during Christmas also to avoid issues with delayed shipments.Sorry but i never said i used it for a day or so, i tried it on the phone how else was i able to tell the buttons were too stiff. 100 days. We don't refund the original shipping or pay for the return shipping. We also can't cancel orders that are already in the process of being packed. We haven't done anything wrong and we've gone above and beyond to resolve the problem for you. Tardy on delivery
Still waiting for an order done on Sunday. They didn't ship until Tuesday night. Now it is Thursday and I am still waiting. No contact number on website. Nobody on the chat on website either. Anyway. Maybe two stars is a bit harsh. But I really want my delivery and it should have been here on Wednesday at the latest. I am in Brisbane city.

Cool products, fast delivery, real service
I've bought from Rushfaster six times. Each time the product was even nicer in my hands than it looked on the website.
My last purchase was a gift. Turned out, I picked poorly. It was a nice bag but she already had two similar ones. I thought the return might be a hassle but no, the people at Rushfaster were friendly and helpful and made it dead-easy to send it back for a refund. (I ordered a replacement gift for my wife and fortunately, that one was a hit.)

Ordered exactly the gift I wanted, but then wanted to change the colour. I contacted Garance, who was professional, polite, and efficient. He checked and the order was processed within a couple of hours, so it was too late to modify it. Garance sent me a separate order in the correct colour, which arrived in 2 days. Big Shout out to Garance from Rushfaster!
I tried to order an item from the Rushfaster website however was having (user) issues and was unable to finalise the purchase. I was contacted by Garance the next day and he assisted me with the purchase and ensured that it was sent that day so I was able to receive it in time before my trip! What a superstar. Reusable Cups
I made my first purchase from Rushfaster for a number of reusable cups for Christmas presents (over a number of different brands and designs). The site was easy to navigate and made my gift selection easy (I like the gift (for Her/Him) suggestions page). I was given good tracking notification, the products arrived within a few days, and haven't been hassled with unwanted direct mail since the purchase.

Fantastic experience including warranty return
I ordered a number of Twelve South products from Rushfaster. My order was packed & posted same day and received the next (Next Business Day shipping selected). One of the products had a manufacturing fault, so I followed the online warranty returns instructions and received a replacement free of charge within a week of commencing the return process. A fantastic experience all round.
