Wish I saved and bought something different
Almost feels like it is going to blow up, does not get the stuff on the sides so constantly have to stop and scrape off, it is ok for making bread but thats about it

Not happy
Machine gets hot when in use for a while.
Beaters are too far away from the side of the bowl which means continual scraping off. Wobbles with thick mix. Never again.

Brilliant! Love it.
I purchased this mixer as an upgrade from my 20+ yr old handheld mixer. I am mainly using it for making cupcakes and frostings. It is very easy to use, And I didn’t need to open the manual to start using it.
It is easy to change the different attachments, and best of all, VERY easy to clean, there’s no little nooks and crannies for food to get stuck in. When you clean it, it looks like new.
The paddle and whisk attachments reach right to the bottom of the bowl, so minimal scraping down required.

Love it
I have always done everything from scratch using only a handheld mixer, I’m so happy to finally have a decent mixer and I tried the dough nook last night and it kneads fantastic, I haven’t had any problems like other people have, very happy with this product and the quality of it

Didn't last five minutes
After months of looking for a decent 1000w bench mixer I bought this one valued at $300 on sale for $199. I tried to find reviews but there were none but the brand is meant to be good from reviews I found on other products. Started to make a buttercream and heard a crunch noise in the unit but it kept working. I stopped it to scrape down the sides. Started it up again but it no longer turned the paddle... Like it stopped working. The engine was trying but no movement. I will be returning it tomorrow.
