I put the cover on the workbowl and insert the food chute, pressed start and all was good. However when I go to remove the cover off the work bowl, it won’t budge, any ideas?

I have come into possession of a Model RHFP750 and was told it was new and I don't doubt that it is.However I've checked all the components are present and that it is assembled correctly but apart from establishing the power is on to the machine I can't get it to work.I am aware this model is a discontinued line but want to know if there is a check list or similar I can follow to check I am doing things correctly to start the machine. Hi Jill, my Husband and I tried various ways of putting the gadget together and like yourself, couldn't get it to work. In our opinion the product is useless and the best place for it is the bin. We couldn't get any recourse from the company. We got it from our daughter and hadn't actually tried it out until way after the expiration of warranty date. Lesson learned!
I have got it to start but now am having trouble undoing the top of the big bowl I don't like to force the 3 fastners as they look like they could break,any tips would be appreciated Ta.

I have a RHMP750 and have accidentally put the short black centre post into the large bowl and now can’t remove it. I have consulted the instructions for removal, grasping the outer tabs and turning the centre post clockwise but it moves just a fraction then is stuck. Can you assist please?

I am unable to remove the centre post from the 500ml bowl. It says to grasp the outer tabs; what are the outer tabs. I can see the arrows to lock and unlock but I am turning it and basically nothing happens.
Hi, I have had my multi processor for so many years, I accidentally knocked my glass blender off and it smashed. Can you buy just the glass jug for it, or have to buy a new blender?
How do I attach the spindle? Does it just slide into the base or does it have to click in? I can get the blender to work but not the processor and I'm thinking its the spindle that im not attacking correctly.
The grater on the Food Processor RHFPT2, Comes out, so fine, the carrot is almost juiced...why? I bought this to grate veggies for slaws...there’s no way with this item...is there a bigger grater I could buy? Thanks
I bought this model but have since discovered that I cannot attach the shredding discs to the central spindle. I am obviously missing a part or else the discs belong to another model. Please let me know if it is possible to order the part if it is missing or how to attach the discs that have an octagonal connection. My thanks.

Do the Russell Hobbs Multi Processor RHMP750 and the Russell Hobbs Food Processor RHFP750 have the same motor base ?
I cannot for the life of me remove the center post from my the large bowel. I don’t know what the ‘clear’ outer tabs in the manual refer to, but I’ve been turning the plastic tabs holding it in place and it won’t budge.
I have the same problem have not been able to use the large bowl from day of purchase the centre post won’t come out is there anyone who knows how.
