My order never arrived. Australia post declared it as lost and said that they would refund the money to ry if ry claimed it from them. Ry refused to help me. Even though this would logically be good customer service. So I would recommend avoiding this site

I recently purchased a hair iron that was sent faulty, had to pay for it to be returned and asked customer service rep 3 times to confirm a refund she said yes then they failed to communicate my returns and ended up sending me back the item, I then bought this to their attention and they insisted I pay to send back the item that they wrongly sent me. The customer service rep lacked knowledge and had poor communication skills.
I would not recommend buying from here!

Very easy to navigate, I have placed multiple orders with this company, my order always arrive on or before the expected date. Love the Evo range I would highly recommend especially for curly hair

I purchase mainly Haircare products and find I can checkout the latest products conveniently.
There is no way I could get a better way of finding out about new products from my Hairdresser!

The hairdryer I ordered was damaged on arrival (it had a dent). I contacted the support service through chat and they offered to replace the item. After many days of wait, paperwork, chasing up the item, it arrived back today after 13 days of wait and to my surprise they sent me exactly the SAME damaged item. I am so disappointed with the mediocre customer service received so far and now this insulting "replacement". This all seems like a bad joke!

This site is a joy to navigate. I was looking for Olaplex hair repair products so focused on that. The product came in super fast time and I was so happy with the results and the price that I immediately ordered more.
I have since ordered skin care which again came promptly but have not yet been able to start using. There were so many wonderful looking products, I found it a difficult choice.
