Dismal head to handle connector
I bought the mop/bucket set. This mop makes me say rude words - the head constantly falls of the handle. Even when just draining excess water off in the strainer. I've seen beer glasses stick to drink coasters better.
Purchased in September 2021 at Bunnings Warehouse.

Terrible product and no customer service
I bought two Blue Wonder Mops and found that the heads detached from handles. Spoke to a rep at Sabco who assured me that Customer Service would ring be back within the hour. 10 days later I'm still waiting! It seems that the Customer Service is rubbish just like the mop.
Purchased in September 2021.

Nothing special
Purchased this mop the other day and also the Sabco clean-rinse bucket. The mop itself was ok, it did the job required, but unlikely to be any different to any other similar strip mop available. The mop left the floor too wet (we have hardwood floors) and this is most likely because the wringer bucket was not a good choice. The concept of the bucket is a good one but it was difficult to use. The wringer holes in which to put the mop are too small, so it's hard to wring out because all the strips do not fit well into the wringers. For each d...Read more
unk in the bucket you have to wring it a number of times to reduce the amount of water in the mop. The pieces of the bucket can also be difficult to separate. Overall, I found the mop-bucket system disappointing.

No floor left unturned
Love this mop, especially to clean between the fridge and cupboards. Under furniture, the strips reach out and grap every bit of dust. Floor is left super clean. And the best part is I only paid $7.90 for it. Proves you don't need to spend a lot of money on quality products. I have always relied on Sabco for quality.
