It broke within 2 minutes of using it for the first time

I was washing hardwood floors and the mop was hard to control and swivelled round, the mop itself is quite thin. Suddenly I was left holding the handle and it's screws. Never buy Sabco again. Going back to Vielda

Purchased in January 2021 at Big W Retail Stores.

Not worth the money

I usually like Sabco products, but this one is a total pain. Because of the "swish" feature, the mop can rotate and fit into pesky places, such as between fridge and cupboard. But as it rotates it unscrews itself, so every 20 seconds or so you have to pick it up and screw the head back onto the stick. It shouldn't be on shelves when a product is this bad.
It picks dust up really well and good for getting in between furniture.
As I said, the head unscrews itself from the stick

Do you have to wet the mop first

Hi Alan -
You can either lightly spray the surface you are cleaning with a spray bottle, or wet the microfiber pad and wring it well before attaching it to the mop.
Hope this helps!
