Love this mop . I have used other spin mops over the years but this is by the far the most effect in drying the floors streak free and quickly. There is only one problem. I have only had the mop for a short time but now the handle will not lock. I am disappointed that it has not lasted long and you can not purchase a replacement handle.

As a a whole, it’s fantastic. The floors dry quickly and streak free. For that I’d rate 5/5.
But my mop handle doesn’t lock so it’s spins perfectly however when you flick the green latch up to lock the mop it doesn’t do anything. This then means the mop handle is unstable and spins around while you’re trying to mop.

The first time I buy, I am happy with this product. Not longer I have, the locked for spinning is broken. I buy second time, less than 1 year, the locked for spinning is broken again and I still keep second bucket and mop in new condition. I am not happy at all with this product. You can see the picture.

Unable to use anymore :’( bought this two weeks ago from Bunnings. Now it’s unusable. Picture attached. How do I even separate the fibres again? And clean the debris?
A waste of money with this one and so disappointing.

I found that the mop can only be used when the handle is upright.
When you put the handle at an angle, you find the plastic around the fibre mop head hits the floor.
There should be more thicker fibres used around the mop head.

The idea is good but the cheap nylon fittings on the end of the handle let it down ours broke after a short time and now it is unusable Sabco you need to look at this problem.

The spin feature is effective - doesn’t leave watermarks even on shiny tiles. However, the handle itself broke while I was spinning the mop (a part just fell out of it while pressing the handle down) and now it’s unable to be used without the handle retracting.

I loved it, until the mop stick handle became loose and when mopping the extended stick slips back down and the head is loose, making it very difficult to mop effectively without hurting your back. I can't find a replacement stick unfortunately, and am reluctant to buy a whole new set again if this is just going to repeat over time.

I found the mop and bucket easy to use but unfortunately the clip on the handle broke only after 7 months so now it is useless. I can't find any replacement parts.

The mop head never went flat to place it in spinner I always had to position the head to do this myself.
The part of the rod near the spinner began slipping so the mop was then useless after only 7 months.
The mop itself mopped well just was not effortless to use

I am using this mop for last 8 months and am really happy with it, but unfortunately its handle is broken and i want replacement handle but k couldn’t find at bunnings

I purchase the set September 2022 and immediately found the product a vast improvement over my tired old wringer mop. The bucket is well made and easily balanced for carrying by the large handle when full of water. Unfortunately this is where the good ends! The mop handle just cannot perform up to normal use. I only use the mop once a week and soon found the tightening clamp was ineffective and the handle slipping down during use.
02/03/2020 UPDATE:
When i went to use the mop yesterday i could`nt get the mop to spin correctly in the bucket and after checking i have found the nut that holds the head to the shaft has split. This mop now not only fails to hold the set height it now does not spin

Sabco 2 action clean spin mop and bucket is undoubtedly the worst cleaning aid I have ever used. I am not happy at all, I have been cleaning for 60 years.

I purchased the kit from Bunnings in May 2022 and, as per other reviews, the clip on the handle has now broken and the handle won't stabilise to effective mopping. Bunnings only has the complete set (mop and bucket) but I only need the mop! If I could just purchase the mop, I would, especially if this design fault has been rectified since 2022.

Purchased the mop & bucket set from Bunnings about 6 months ago! Now the clip will no longer stay as it has snapped! Don’t understand why you can’t purchase a replacement handle!!

I love my sabco spin mop but cant get a replacement handle as the lever broke just after afew months use my husband tried to fix it!!!!!!! every thing else is like new grrrrrrrrr the first mop bucket broke but took it back to bunnings and they replaced it all. the first set was bought on the 5/3/18 replaced 14/7/18 and the handle broke about 6 months ago

Hi, my wife purchased the mop to reduce the drying time on our hardwood floors. It does this very well. However last weekend the mop bent in half and no longer spins. I tried getting a replacement from Bunnings but they only sell the complete kit. Any suggestions?

I brought this mop maybe 2 months ago and the clip to lock in the mop snapped and also bolts came loose so head fell off. I do like the mop but maybe could do with a metal lock clip instead of plastic. & I can't seem to get a new mop handle otherwise I love this mop.

product was pretty good. moved to it from the hurricane spin mop. eventually the mop handle began slipping and then the lock clip snapped shear off while spinning. i now have 4 mop heads. 1 bucket and no handle. they do not sell the handle online as a separate item. so i may have to put it all in the bin :(

the internal click lock just didn't work from the first try, I had to manually lift and suppress this myself in order to finish the mopping, also the lock on the mop handle does not hold. Unfortunately I purchased it from a supermarket and did not keep the receipt so into the rubbish bin it goes
