Hi, where do I buy a replacement green plastic screw piece that tightens mop head plate to handle. Mine split longways and now head falls off handle. I ordered 2 x replacement handles thinking green screw thing would be on then . Delivered yesterday from bunnings and NO green thing soooo annoyed. Please help? Guess I got a dud mop. Only 8mths old. Now, still no mop!!!

Very pleased with the spin mop and bucket. The handle on the bucket now won’t stay on when you lift the bucket, today I lifted a full bucket and it crashed to the floor! You can imagine the mess.

I bought the sabco complete clean spin and mop set . The mop does not wring much water after I even spin about 10 times. So i had to use my hand to squeeze out more water so that i could mop my wooden floor. Pls advise. Thank You.

Very pleased with the performance until the end of the locking clip/lever on the handle broke so that the spinner cannot be used unless the clip is unlocked/locked using pliers. I notice the new version advertises on the box that it comes with an improved clip and handle suggesting that the version had a clip design weakness? How/where do I get either a replacement handle or clip please?

I bought a spin mop about a year ago. It was great until the spin lock on the handle broke off. Now although it spins it does not lock so its difficult to mop with this handle as its always unlocked. I recently went to bunnings to get a replacement handle but they do not stock these. Is there a way to get another handle?

I am trying to get a new mop head (refill) for my sabco spin mop (the original one NOT the compact) I cannot find them anywhere. I can only find the refill for the compact sabco spin mop, so, will the head for the compact spin mop fit the original sabco spin mop. ( purchased Dec 2020) if not where can I get them? I've tried, unsuccessfully:- bigW, bunnings, office works, mitre 10, Woolworth. Any help greatly appreciated thanks Yvette

We love our spin mop/bucket combo, however, sadly the green locking mechanism on the handle broke, so now it won't lock the shaft in position. We went to Bunnings to buy a new handle and to our disappointment were told that they don't sell handles only, and that we could only buy a new mop/bucket combo. We looked at the new ones to find that the handle lock is a new design, so obviously there was a problem the handle we have. Is there a way we can get another handle only.

I am considering buying a Sabco Spin mop, reading the reviews I see the plastic clip on the handle needs upgrading, has this been rectified or will I be buying a problem.

We find our sabco supadry spin mop works very well but after 7 months the handle has broken, it won’t go up and down. I’ve looked online but can’t find where to buy a replacement handle - it seems we can only buy a whole new set which of course we do not want to do.
Can you please suggest where we can source a replacement handle/stick?

Love the spin mop. My mop handle has rusted out and will no longer work. Where can I buy just the mop? I don’t want to buy the mop and spin bucket set - just need a new handle?

Hi the fitting ( green clamp nut ) that holds the handle to the mop head has split this is the second sabco spin mop I have purchased and had the same thing happen after only a short time can you please supply two fittings as we use one indoors and the other in our outdoor living area

Hi Sabco, I really like this mop. It is extremely easy to use, i normally mop every two week but after my Christmas holiday. I just found the green plastic part for tighten the handle and mop head is crack, I don’t think this place supposed broken as I never touch it after first time installed it. I really like to send the photo to you as now I am not able to use it at all, it keep loose, handle and mop head not able to stick together.
