Good mop and bucket system- poor bucket handle

published

The actual mop and bucket system is good and it works well as long as it's on the floor. The location of bucket handle is very poor. It is not in the centre of balance and when you pick it up with water in it tips seriously to one side and spills the water if not very careful. Therefore I have to lift and carry the bucket by some means other than by the handle. I don't know how Sabco could have got this basic design so wrong.

Pretty good

published

Just used it for the first time. Once you read the instructions it's actually a pretty good mop. Just watch your fingers on the clip, it can hurt! The stainless steel ringer is great

Bad mop head design

published

The overall material is good but need to spend more effort on the mop head.
The plastic underneath the mop head at the center can easily touch the floor and scratch the floor board.
The size of the bucket spinning holder is not big enough therefore not easy to fit all microfiber inside it to spin dry.

Waste of money

published

Not enough micri fibre on end of mop end up washing parts of the floor with plastic head of mop. What a waste of money idea is good. Also leaver you move to get mop to spin feels like it could break off after a couple of uses.

Great mop and bucket system with one almighty flaw

published

I bought this mop system as I have a back injury and thought the spin wringing system would save my back and it did, it did! I was loving how easy it was to clean the mop then spin it in the awesome stainless steel basket so that I could mop my floor... until I attempted to pick the bucket up and spilled 3 l of boiling water on my feet and floor. The handle is useless, as there is no stability and with the shape of the bucket being a kind of figure 8, this means the majority of the water will flow to one end or the other and then tip out. This is a serious problem, and a dangerous one. It is impossible to pick up the bucket when it has water in, using the handle. I will be sadly returning this immediately

What is the best way to clean the mop?

Hi, there are several ways to clean a mop. we recommend hand washing but some people prefer to use a washing machine so in that case, we suggest washing without fabric softener as this may damage the microfibers. We also recommend to never put it in a dryer as this will also strip the microfibers off the mop head. I hope that helps.
