Rear facing id say it would be a squeeze. You may be able to test it at your local baby store to check.

Has anyone used the Millenia in a Toyota Prado? I currently have a Rav 4 but looking at upgrading to a Prado when Bub arrives. We were advise to get a Graphene for partners Hilux but I’d like to use the Millenia in the main car. Thank you

You can test the sizing by visiting the major baby stores like Baby Bunting. If the Millenia doesn't fit, try Graphene

Hi Team
The leg straps are too tight and digging into my sons legs. Is the only solution to remove the infant insert to allow him more room?

Hi AmyGB, thanks for your question. The insert is a comfort item and not a safety item therefore, you can remove this if you feel your little one no longer needs it.

I definitely recommend removing the insert to get a more comfy fit. It's not required as a safety item so you're fine to remove it.

Hi Travis, thanks for your question. We would recommend the Graphene or Compaq as these seats have the smallest footprint for your vehicle however can accommodate little ones up to approx. 4yrs of age. Graphene - https://www.britax.com.au/car-seats/britax-safe-n-sound-graphene/ & Compaq - https://www.britax.com.au/car-seats/britax-safe-n-sound-compaq/ kind regards, the Safe-n-Sound team.

Why do I have to turn Millenia seat front facing after the shoulder limit 39cm is reached? My 2,5 yo is a tall child and there is no way I’m going to turn her front facing that young.

Hi Paivi, thanks for your question. The Millenia seat has been tested and approved for rear facing up to approx, 39cm, I can't recommend that you continue to use this seat for your child in rear facing mode once they reach the middle shoulder height marker. Please feel free to give us a call on 1300 303 330 if you would like to discuss this with us in greater detail. Kind regards, the Safe-n-Sound team.

At what weight/height would you recommend removing the extra padding in a Millenia? My 6 month old looks a bit squashed in rear facing mode but I can’t find any advice on the safest time to remove it.

Hi Joanne G, thanks for your question. We would recommend that the padded insert may be used for smaller babies in rearward facing mode. Discontinue the use of the padded insert if there is insufficient room for the child or shoulders have reached the lower shoulder height marker. Kind regards, the Britax Safe-n-Sound team.

I have bought my Britax safe n sound millenia (purchased 2017) on holiday to Koh Samui in Thailand. I would prefer to have my daughter in the rearward facing position as she is at home in Australia, but the hire car doesn't seem to have an anchorage point. Is it possible to use it rear-facing without the top tether or does it have to be forward facing?

Hello we have a Mitsubishi ASX 2017 and the buckle seems to be very short which locks in behind the seat as we have to lift and angle our baby up to place him in and out of the car seat. It’s a mission for us as parents and even more uncomfortable for our baby. What do you recommend? Why would it be an added issue? Hopefully we shouldn’t have to spend more money on a seat we purchase hoping it would provide our baby with safety and comfort you would expect from such a product.

Hi Eves, thanks for your question. It sounds like you may need to addition of an extension strap to make the top tether long. These are available from your place or purchase or on our website - https://www.britax.com.au/accessories/300mm-extension-straps/ or https://www.britax.com.au/accessories/600mm-extension-straps/ these are available in 300mm or 600mm.
