Great Refrigerator
Bought the refrigerator more than a year ago. The fridge has been great with no problems. It is very easy to clean with wet wipes. It is really quiet and it maintains at the same temperature all the time. The size of the refrigerator is not big enough for our family of 3, so we might need to upgrade to our bigger fridge soon.

Done the job so far
Fridge has been working well now since purchase. Very quiet. Now and again it makes some weird noises but they're not loud and it's quite rare. Fairly easy to clean as the draws are easy to take out, wash and put back in. Only negative is I really need a double fridge so I can store more food, especially frozen food.

Good for price
Maintain good temperature and been able to use normally. Sometimes sounds a bit weird but when i googled it appeared to me that Freezes do make some noises. It has high energy saving rating and it's really quiet. It's just the right size fridge for a family of 3. It's easy to clean as well as all the shelf could be removed. The middle compartment can be used to store wines or removed for more space for larger items. So far so good with the temperature control system.

Very spacious but quite heavy
Temperature is on point, never had any issues. It is quiet and good for a small area like ours which is a one bedroom appartment. It is easy go clean and no funny smell even after storing food for a long time. Only downfall is its weight. Could have included wheel for easy transfers.

Good cold smaller size fridge
The fridge is quiet and doesn't make any whirring noises. It keeps the food very nicely chilled. It looks sleek and stylish. It is perfect for 2 people, but any more and I think you would need to upgrade to a larger size fridge. There is one sliding shelf which is handy and all the rest is pretty much standard. I also like the ice cube holding compartment, which is handy to keep plenty of pre-made ice for drinks etc. Overall a very good starter fridge which isn't too small or too big and didn't hurt the wallet too much when moving out.

A spacious and excellent fridge freezer
It has plenty of space in the freezer section and the fridge section is huge. It has a pull out tray at the top for fresh food. Pretty quiet and self defrosting which is a huge benefit. It also comes with a removable ice maker which is great. I would rate this good value for the price and would suit 2 to 4 people.

Absolutely Perfect!
I moved out from my parents right after graduating from uni and this was my choice for my first fridge. It was perfect! It had more than enough space for 1-2 people and it had never failed on me or experienced any problems with it. All the compartments were always maintained perfect temperature. I love the simple design of it both inside and outside. It made my kitchen look very modern and it was easy to clean

Long lasting
Overall we are happy with our Samsung fridge. The main issue we have is in the very poor quality of the tests which for us have cracked easily and have needed to be replaced. the motor in the fridge had been fine and it has a good energy rating so it is good.

Love a new fridge
The fridge does not make any sound. Perfect size for a family, second fridge in my house and would not purchase any other brand than Samsung. All parts are easily removable to clean.
The fridge and freezer both keeps my ice cream frozen, my meat cold and my fruits and vegetables fresh.

Good size for 3 people apartment (small kitchen), although would select a bigger fridge if I had a bigger kitchen
Not noisy and maintains consistent temperature in the fridge and freezer
Lots of compartments to put vegetables and meat seperately
Overall good fridge for a first home

Great fridge
The fridge has been working like a charm for a few years. It is quiet when the compressor is running and the temperature inside is consisent. The cooling is sufficient even in the extreme heat conditions. The removable shelfing design is great and easy to clean. I highly recommend this fridge

Proud to purchase this !
Bought this 6 month ago and don’t regret my purchase. It is not noisy at all and maintains very good cooling. Only drawback I think of is its size. This is perfect for a small family. It is easy to clean and has a special compartment for vegetable to keep it fresh for longer time.

Good value for money!
It keeps food stock cold and it seems very consistent throughout the fridge. Very good size if you don't have a large kitchen. The bottom vegetable compartment is annoying to pull out and seems fragile. Would upgrade if I have a larger space for a fridge but I'm not experiencing any major problems.

This Fridge is all I need
The fridge has been working like a charm so far. The cooling is sufficient even in the extreme heat conditions. However, there is a bit of frosting in the freezer which may affect anything left in the freezer not packaged properly. Perfect for singles or couples. The stainless steel finish looks really good.

Feature rich, but not sturdy
This fridge will do the job you want it to do. It has plenty of functionality of temperatures, warning signals and quick chill, and will run as a fridge should without hiccups (ours is around 4 years old and hasn't missed a beat).
The not sturdy claim in the title more has to do with the door shelves. They are fairly flimsy plastic it seems, and even putting a 2L bottle of coke in the upper compartment makes a bit of a creaking noise (possibly they were just built too narrow). When I removed the bottle at a slight angle, i noticed a hairline fracture move up from the edge of the shelf. The rest of the shelving is glass and feels pretty sturdy though, so you just have to be careful with the door attachments.

Broke within 6 months
Purchased Samsung fridge from Harvey Norman, paid for extra 3 years warranty. It started leaking and stopped refrigerating within the first 5 months. I rang costumer service and they promised to get back to me within 24hours. They didn’t. I rang them 4 days later, they apologised and said the same thing, that someone will get back to me to book the service. It’s been 2 weeks now, they still didn’t call back. All my food has gone off have had no fridge for 2 weeks.
Never again will I purchase Samsung products.

Extremely happy
The Freezer section is very good maintains temperature very well easy to store food, there are two storage areas on the freezer door as well handy for smaller items. The Fridge section has ample room and a very good storage section for fruit and vegetables, keeps these products really well. Temperature in fridge is well maintained, the fridge is easy to clean and the fridge operates very quietly which is a plus. Extremely happy and would recommend this to anyone looking for a 400L Fridge/freezer.

I’ve had for about 3 years and the freezer rear panel and floor are building up with ice and becoming damaged. The rear panel has buldged out about an inch so the ice maker doesn’t fit any more. In fact it pushed the ice maker forward opening the door while I was at work. Then all of my frozen food was spoiled as the door was open. Absolute joke of a fridge.

Mick. I have exact same issue with mine! Bulging back panel in freezer. I've defrosted and nothing changed. It means a little on floor sometimes.
Otherwise fridge and freezer are ok.
I WON'T EVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG !!!
Fionaasked
Our freezer keeps getting ice build up, behind the back panel and under the freezer floor. Then leaks water into the fridge area and on the floor. We defrosted thoroughly about 6 months ago and checked the drains were clear, but it has happened again. This appears to be an issue with Samsung fridges, and of course the first time it happened it was just out of warranty. Any help?
