We bought this sound system to go with our new Samsung TV. This is the first sound system we have owned and the overall sound quality is obviously much better than the tv speakers. Watching tv with the sound system turned on is definitely an improvement; although we thought for the price tag ($478) the difference in sound quality would be more obvious. Aesthetics could be improved, the subwoofer looks dated an is quite bulky. Overall we are happy with the purchase, however not sure if it's quite worth the price.
