Crisp quality
The apps include everything I need but in particular Netflix. It means i can avoid having to buy an apple tv or Chromecast. The bluetooth connectivity also works perfectly and means I can stream content from my phone. It has sufficient HDMI ports so i can plug all of my devices in.

Reasonable without the bells and whistles.
Firstly, Appliances online offered the best price and assistance. I had and have 4K issues with Netflix and Stan and they were happy to take TV back but I held on to it because it does the job without the bells and whistles. So what are the issues? I have just bought the Samsung 43 inch 2022 RU 7100 model. A few points:
1. The remote is far too small but it is versatile ( universal ). ( Hard to record when using Foxtel )
2. Netflix and Stan Apps are very low light in 4K movies. YouTube 4K excellent. Apple TV 4K ok.
3. Very poor Alexa and Google...Read more

Loved the TV but Samsung did not honour warranty
Wonderful TV. Great picture, easy to install. TV stopped working properly after a few months and unfortunately Samsung did not honour the warranty. This was based on photos, the TV was not physically inspected even though I assured them, I could not have been it. I requested a second opinion but this was rejected. Amazing TV initially but I would not bother with extended warranty given my experience.
Purchased in August 2021 at Appliances Online for $850.00.

I love it
This is a great tv. I really like the smart tv features and it really works well with my Samsung phone. It looks stunning on screen and the design itself.

3 months old and dead
Always bought Samsung and have advised friends to buy Samsung. I am shocked to see large dark patches on each side of the screen. The dark patches swap from left side only, to right side and now on left side permanently. For a near brand new TV i think it boils down to where it was made. This one made is in Vietnam. Will have to rethink my next buy now. This one is going straight back to the store.
Purchased in December 2021 for $775.00.

Amazing TV Unit beats the competition
The 4k tv runs as advertised and perfect, Samsung are proven leaders in the tv business, from watching tv before and after you can tell the difference
Pros:
Great Picture quality, all the ports you ever need, cable management, value for money
Cons:
No cons from a ps4 gamer and chrome cast user

Good Quality and Useful Features
We are very happy with this television overall.
Pros:
• The size is perfect for us. It is not overwhelming, but is big enough for us to be able to sit a fair distance from the screen.
• The smart features are useful, we particularly like access to Freeview Plus so that we can stream directly to the television, with SBS On Demand and ABC iView being particular favourites.
• Great, clear picture and the sound is fine.
• The automatic tuning works brilliantly and easily.
• The wi-fi connection to our modem is flawless and easy.

• The elecrical cable to the power is ridiculously short. • The remote control is not particularly well-designed. • The apps for the smart aspect of the television are reasonably easy to access, but the setup is inelegant and somewhat clumsy to navigate. All in all, I recommend this television. The good by far outweighs the bad, as the picture quality is excellent, and the negative points are restricted to less significant issues such as the remote control and the electrical cable. Whilst the apps have a slightly clumsy setup, we LOVE having a smart TV! There is access to a lot of content without the need to sign up for any type of paid service. Great For 2 days! It was downhill from then!
Great For 2 days! Then on the 3rd day I turned it on and there was a thin black horizontal line (permanent whatever the input...from left to right side of the screen) in the middle of the display! Used Samsung products all my life, perhaps the 43 inch NU7100 was just a dud?? I'd love to think that was the case!
Atleast Appliancesonline.com.au are a very good company and offered a replacement. Very Good service. The same could not be said of the samsung tech though (using the standard Samsung Australia support number), who could barely understand english!!!!

Really happy with this TV
Really impressed with the quality of picture, so clear and bright (still getting used to the sharpness). Smart Features are the best and no longer requires my Google Chromecast device. Netflix is great and can now listen to my music via UTube through my speakers. I use also my smart phone to Chromecast stuff through to my tv which is easier and faster to type a subject in. than one person in the store and I agree. The only downfall with this tv is that I had to purchase a cheap “Panasonic Soundbar” as the sound quality is not great on this size tv and It doesn’t have an Earphone jack to plug in my old speakers. Also regret not looking into things further because if I had A “Samsung” Smartphone and Soundbar to match my tv then I could of set up one remote to control the tv instead of 3 remotes bit of a pain otherwise am happy.2 comments
