All the suction you could want, very little technology though.
I have purchased and returned quite a few robot vacuums before finally settling on this one. Through my extensive research i found that you can either have great technology in a vacuum or great suction, not both (except possibly for the I7 roomba but i don't have that kind of cash). The Samsung sucks hard! Even on quiet mode it does a great job of cleaning my tiles and carpets, on turbo it does a better job then i do with my dyson v6. That is why i love the Samsung, so many robot vacuums have very little suction, this one is as strong as an upr...Read more
ight. To get that suction though you have to accept that its loud, has little technology compared to others, the ap is crap and it only finds its way home 50 percent of the time, but it cleans up perfectly after my toddler so i am happy. The other thing about it is its brushes, i have long hair and lots of it, i malt everywhere! You can hear this thing cutting up my hair as it finds it so i have never had to clean hair from the brush, its the first vacuum of any kind i have found with that feature.Purchased in September 2021 at The Good Guys for $840.00.

Good but not perfect
Does a reasonable job on our hardwood floors. It gets around and goes for a long time. Unfortunately the unit never makes it back in time for recharging. Charging does seem to take a lot longer than that indicated on the box. Manual drive is a nice touch if it misses an area and it has no problem with step detection. Simple to remove the waste collection.
Would never rely on this alone however. We use it for in between deep cleans with the regular canister vacuum. Saves us a lot of effort.

I have a Smartthings hub, do you use it with anything to do with Smartthings?

We bought the Samsung Powerbot SR20M7070WS to replace an LG one that stopped working. We love our robot cleaners, but this one is so noisy that we cant even stand to have it on...its too much money to have it just sitting there... is this normal?

Maybe check with support? Sure its fairly noisy ... most vacuums are. We have hard floors so use low suction and its not much of a bother. We prefer to clean when out of the house anyway.
